ABSTRAK

Karakteristik proses pH yang nonlinear menjadi permasalahan dalam proses estimasi dan identifikasi karena dengan adanya perubahan konsentrasi ion H dapat mengubah nilai pH dengan cukup signifikan. Controller PID konvensional yang diharapkan bisa mengatasi pengendalian untuk penetralan pH ternyata menimbulkan adanya masalah osilasi yang besar dari respon kontrol terhadap perubahan volume dan konsentrasi asam dan basa. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan auto switch PID yang merupakan pengembangan skema PID konvensional dengan memanfaatkan sistem selector terhadap masing-masing parameter kontrol Kp Ti dan Td yang dihubungkan dengan dua daerah operasi dari asam dan basa. Dalam melakukan perancangan auto switch PID memakai logika matematik dimana kondisi yang dipakai adalah jika nilai sinyal arus yang telah dikonversi dari nilai pH kurang dari atau sama dengan 1382 mA maka yang bekerja PID pertama. Begitupun sebaliknya jika nilai sinyal arus lebih dari 1382 mA maka yang bekerja PID yang kedua. Dengan dilakukan perancangan auto switch PID pada system penetral pH berdasarkan reaksi invariant kesetimbangan massa dan muatan serta statis model dari Plant CSTR dengan H orde tiga pada titrasi CH3COOH dan NaOH masalah yang ditimbulkan dari PID konvensional dapat teratasi. Performansi terbaik controller auto switch PID dengan set point pH 7 parameter Kp Ti dan Td masing-masing bernilai 7 01 detik dan 000001 detik dengan Error Steady State Ess sebesar 109 Settling time s 25 detik peak time p130 detik dan Maximum Overshoot Mp 354 .


ABSTRACT

Characteristic process pH which is nonlinear become the problem of process estimate and identify because within change of ion H concentration can alter value of pH significantly. Conventional PID controller which expected can overcome operation for the neutralizing of pH in the reality generate the existence of the oscillation problem of control response to change acid and base concentration. Therefore auto switch PID that is representing development of scheme of PID conventional by exploiting system of selector to each control parameter Kp Ti and Td attributed to two area operate from acid and base is required. On design of auto switch PID wearing logic of mathematic where condition use if current signal value which have been converted from value of pH less than or equal to 1382 mA hence First PID will work. If current signal value more than 1382 mA hence Second PID will work. Design of auto switch PID on pH neutralizer system based invariant reaction mass and static balance and also model of CSTR Plant with third orde H at CH3COOH and NaOH titrations have been created problem of which is generated from conventional PID can be solved. Best Performance of auto switch PID controller using set point pH 7 where were Kp 7 Ti01 second and Td 000001 second were Error Steady State Ess 109 Settling Time s 25 second peak time p 130 second and Maximum Overshoot Mp354 .
