Description:
Proses perhitungan mix desain beton harus melewati
beberapa tahapan sehingga perhitungan ini cukup memakan waktu. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat suatu program bantu sehingga penentuan proporsi campuran dapat diselesaikan dengan waktu
yang lebih cepat.
Metode DOE dan ACI akan digunakan dalam program ini untuk kemudian akan ditelaah nilai keekonomisannya. Nilai keekonomisan akan ditinjau dari mutu beton yang ditargetkan.
Dengan variasi mutu beton 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 MPa didapatkan hasil proporsi mix desain metode DOE lebih ekonomis bila dibandingkan dengan metode ACI.

Several steps must be followed in a process of calculating concrete mix design with the result that it needs more times.
Therefore a computer program must be designed so concrete proportion can be done faster.
DOE and ACI method will be used in this program which then the economical value from both of them will be researched.
The economical value will be calculated based on required strength. Using variation of required strength 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 MPa it can be concluded that the results of mix design proportion for DOE method are more economical then ACI method.
