ABSTRAK

Dalam merencanakan sebuah bangunan selain harus kuat juga harus ekonomis agar didapat keuntungan yang maksimal. Untuk membuat sebuah bangunan gedung bertingkat yang ekonomis ada beberapa alternatif yang bisa digunakan. Salah satu alternatifnya ialah menggunakan struktur flat slab. Flat slab lantai cendawan ialah pelat beton bertulang yang ditumpu secara langsung oleh kolom-kolom tanpa memakai balok-balok perantara. Karena struktur tersebut tanpa menggunakan balok maka didapat tinggi keseluruhan gedung yang lebih rendah dan ekonomis dalam pemakaian bekisting. Flat slab mempunyai kekuatan geser yang cukup dengan adanya salah satu atau kedua hal berikut. Pertama adanya drop panel yang merupakan penebalan pelat di daerah kolom kedua dibuatnya kepala kolom yaitu pelebaran yang mengecil dari ujung kolom atas. Untuk analisis dan desain sistem rangka flat slab menggunakan analisa 3 Dimensi dengan program bantu ETABS. Struktur beton bertulang yang berada di WG 3 dan 4 harus memenuhi persyaratan pendetailan menengah dimana struktur akan memiliki perilaku cukup elastis untuk menyerap beban gempa dan resiko gempa menengah. Ketentuan ini hanya berlaku untuk SRPM Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen dan sistem plat dua arah tanpa balok tidak termasuk dinding struktural yang dalam hal ini dipandang cukup memiliki daktilitas pada tingkat drift yang terjadi di daerah resiko gempa menengah. Gedung direncanakan berada di zona 3 yang merupakan daerah dengan resiko gempa menengah sehingga digunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah SRPMM. Pada struktur bawah pondasi yang digunakan adalah pondasi bore pile dengan data tes tanah yang telah dilakukan yaitu SPT dan boring. Pertimbangan pemilihan pondasi bore pile ialah lokasi pembangunan gedung berada di sekitar pemukiman. Pada proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi bore pile tidak menimbulkan getaran yang bisa mengakibatkan retak pada bangunan di sekitarnya.


ABSTRACT

In designing a building not only it has to be strong but also has to be economic so that the maximal profit obtained. To make an economic multistoried building there are some alternatives that can be used. One of the alternatives is by utilizing the flatslab structure. The flatslab the mushroom floor is reinforced concrete plate that is footholded directly by columns without using the beams the lower height of whole building is obtained. It is economic in bekisting usage. The flatslab has a sufficient shifting strength by using one of these methods. First the existence of drop panel that is the plate thickening at the column area second by making of head column which is the widening and narrowing to the upper column end. For analysis and design of flatslab frame system use 3 Dimension analysis with the aid of ETABS program. The reinforced concrete structure that is in WG 3 and 4 it belongs to the middle requirement where the structure will has the quite elastic action to absorb the earthquake burden and middle earthquake risk. This determination only occurs for IMFS Intermediate Moment frame System and two way plate system without beam not including the structural wall that in this matter viewed sufficiently has ductility to the drift level happens in the middle earthquake risk area. The building is planned to be in the zone 3 which is an area with the middle earthquake risk so that the Intermediate Moment frame System is used. In the lower structure the foundation use bored pile and the soil test data are SPT and boring. The consideration of bored pile option is the location of building construction that is surrounded by the other building. In the working application process bored pile do not make some vibration that can effect a crack to the building near the project
