THE APPLICATION OF DATA RECONCILIATION TECHNIQUES AND GROSS ERROR DETECTION ON THE PACKAGE BOILER PLANT in PT. PUPUK KALIMANTAN TIMUR - BONTANG

ABSTRAK

Plant package boiler adalah jenis boiler yang menggunakan bahan bakar langsung dari gas. Package boiler juga memiliki banyak variabel penting beberapa diantaranya adalah suhu dan laju aliran. Oleh karena itu pembacaan data yang akurat sangat diperlukan baik untuk kelancaran maupun keamanan proses. Apabila data hasil pengukuran kurang akurat maka itu adalah pengaruh dari error baik pada saat pengukuran pengolahan maupun transmisi sinyal pengukuran. Rekonsiliasi Data dan Deteksi gross Error adalah metode yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan konsistensi data pengukuran. Pada penelitian ini digunakan Rekonsiliasi tipe Bilinear Steady State dan Gross Error Detection jenis global test. Hasil perhitungan dalam simulasi ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rekonsiliasi terkecil terdapat pada suhu Superheater II sebesar 0657 0001. Sedangkan hasil rekonsiliasi yang cukup besar terdapat pada suhu masukan Economizer 16325 45594. Deteksi Gross Error berhasil mengidentifikasi besarnya nilai GED yaitu sebesar 44372 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai distribusi chi-square 1753 v m 8 dan a 25 sehingga H0 dipenuhi. Dengan demikian maka peran dari gross error dalam sistem tidak ditemukan.


ABSTRACT

Package boiler plant is the type of boilers that use fuel directly from the gas. Package boilers also has many important variables some of which are temperature and flow. Therefore the datas accurate reading is necessary for both continuity and security process. When the results of the measurement data is less accurate then it is the influence of error both at the time of measurement signal processing and transmission of measurement. Data reconciliation and gross error detection method is developed to improve the accuracy and consistency of measurement data. On this research we used Reconciliation type Bilinear Steady State and Gross Error Detection type of global test. The result of the calculation in this simulation shows that the value of reconciliation are on the smallest temperature Superheater II of 0657 0001. While the results of reconciliation which is located on the large temperature input Economizer 16325 4.5594. Gross Error Detection successfully identify the size of the value of the GED 4.4372 where the value is less than the value of the distribution of chi-square 17.53 v m 8 and a 25 so H0 is fulfilled. Thus the role of the gross error in the system not found.
