PERENCANAAN ULANG STRUKTUR JEMBATAN MALANGSARI DENGAN BETON PRATEKAN NON PRISMATIS STATIS TAK TENTU

REDESIGN OF MALANGSARI BRIDGE USING NON PRISMATIC PRESTRESSED CONCRETE WITH CONTINUOUS BEAM

ABSTRAK

Jembatan Malangsari yang terdapat pada ruas Glenmore Kecamatan Genteng Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu bagian jalur alternatif sisi selatan yang menghubungkan Kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan Kabupaten Jember. Dipilihnya Jembatan Beton Pratekan dengan bentang menerus pada perencanaan ini adalah dalam segi dimensi. Jika dibandingkan dengan pemakaian alternatif balok lain seperti statis tertentu akan menghasilkan dimensi yang cukup besar. Selain itu juga untuk mengurangi pilar jembatan yang berada pada tengah. Jembatan ini direncanakan dengan struktur beton pratekan non prismatis yang mana gelagarbalok utama dibuat secara precast dan lantai kendaraan dicor kemudian cast in situ. Pada jembatan Malangsari tersebut selain dipilih Jembatan Beton Pratekan balok non prismatis dengan bentang menerus statis tak tentu juga di lihat dalam segi arsitektural. Dari perhitungan di atas didapatkan h balok 1.60 m tumpuanlapangan dan 2.30 m tumpuan. Maka didapatkan hasil perhitungan kehilangan akibat rangkak susut beton slip angker lendutan serta kehilangan gaya prategang total dan juga akibat gaya membelah serta didapatkan bentuk tendon parabola. Data tanah yang ada besar beban dan daya dukung tanah kemudian direncanakan pondasi dan penulangannya. Didapatkan dari hasil perhitungan pada abutment memiliki 32 tiang pancang dan pada pilar 40 tiang pancang. Kontrol terhadap bangunan abutment didapatkan kontrol stabilitas yang memenuhi tehadap kelongsoran guling dan geser. Setelah itu hasil desain dan analisa perhitungan dituangkan dalam gambar teknik dengan program bantu AUTOCAD.


ABSTRACT

Malangsari Bridge which lies on Glenmore road sub district of Genteng Banyuwangi district is a part of alternative south road to connect Banyuwangi district and Jember district. Prestressed concrete bridge with continuous beam has been chosen for this design due to dimension concern. Compared to other beam alternatives such as static girder which produced larger dimension this method is preferred. Besides it can reduce the using of pile in the middle of the bridge. This bridge was designed using non prismatic prestressed concrete which is the prominent girder made by precasting and the road will be cast after the main design cast in situ. Malangsari Bridge has been designed not only by non prismatic prestressed concrete with continuous beam but also considering architectural aspect for increasing the aesthetic value. The beam h obtained is 1.60 m tumpuan and lapangan and 2.30 m tumpuan. The calculations showed the result of creep losses concrete decreased losses and anchor slip losses bending losses total prestressed losses split force and also resulted in the shape of parabolic tendon. Soil characteristic data is then used to designed foundation and erecting the framework. From the calculation is obtained the number of tiang pancang is 32 on the abutment and 40 on pillar. Controls on abutment building will result in stability control that comply with sliding roll and shear. Design result calculation will be transformed into technical drawing using automatically program AUTOCAD.
