ABSTRAK

Gula merupakan komoditas strategis di Negara ini mengingat keberadaannya sebagai salah satu dari Sembilan bahan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat. Dalam proses pembuatan gula secara tradisional gula jawa dilakukan dengan proses pemasakan dan pengadukan dari nira segar menjadi nira masak mengental kemudian tahap akhir tinggal proses pencetakan dan pengeringan. Dari sistem pengukuran ini akan dilakukan proses pengukuran tingkat kekentalan dari larutan nira pada saat proses pemasakan. Pada proses pengukuran ini digunakan sensor arus kecepatan dan temperatur. Untuk proses pengukuran tingkat kekentalannya menggunakan metode hukum newton pada aliran viskos yang mana akan diperoleh nilai viskositas absolut dari perbandingan antara variabel tegangan geser dan variabel kecepatan geser yang konstan. Dari parameter inilah akan muncul nilai viskositas absolut.


ABSTRACT

Sugar represent the strategic commodity in this State considering its existence as one of the Nine fundamental requirement substance of society. In course of sugar making traditionally java sugar conducted with the process of ripening and squealer from fresh nira become the ripe nira jelling later then final phase omit the process of printing and draining. From this measurement system will be conducted by a measurement process mount the viscosity from condensation nira at the time of ripening process. At this measurement process is used by a current censor speed and temperature. To process the measurement mount its viscosity use the method Punish Newton at stream viskos which will be obtained by absolute value viskositas from comparison among of tension variable shift and speed variable shift constant. From parameter this is of emerge assess the absolute viskositas
