ABSTRAK

Dalam industri plastik proses pengeringan digunakan untuk mengeringkan plastik yang lembab. untuk mendapatkan sebuah sistem alat pengeringan plastik yang baik digunakan sebuah elemen pemanasheater sebagai pen distribusi udara panas ke ruangan dengan bantuan kipasfan. Diharapkan kipas ini mampu mengalirkan udara kedalam ruangan dan terjadi perubahan suhu dari dalam ruangan sehingga diketahui nilai pengukuran suhu dan kelembabannya dan dapat diperoleh hasil pengeringan plastik yang baik. Pada pembuatan ini di gunakan HSM-20G sebagai sensor suhu dan kelembaban. pada sensor ini menghasilkan dua output yaitu suhu dan kelembaban. Sensor ini digunakan untuk memonitoring suhu dan kelembaban di kotak pengering material plastik dan mikrokontroler sebagai pengolah algoritma sehingga dihasilkan sinyal kontrol. sedangkan pada proses pengeringan suhunya antara 30C-50 dan nilai kelembaban antara 43 - 26. Pada proses pengeringan massa plastik yang dikeringkan yaitu antara 90gr120gr150gr180gr 210gr.


ABSTRACT

In the plastic industry drying process used to dry the soggy plastic. to get a go d plastic system used both a heating element heater as a pen to the distribution of hot air room with the help of fan fan. It is expected that this fan is able to stream into the room air and temperature changes from happening in the room so that the value of temperature and humidity measurements and the results can be obtained that the drying plastic is well. in this making of is used HSM-20g as temperature and humidity sensors. on the sensor produces two outputs namely temperature and humidity. This sensor is used for monitoring temperature in the dryer and plastic materials as mikrokontroler processing algorithm so that the resulting control signal. while the process of drying at a temperature between 30 C-50 and the value of the measurement of humidity between 43 - 26. In the process of drying is needed time between between 90gr 120 gr 150gr 180grand210gr
