PENGUJIAN DAN PERBAIKAN PERFORMA GENERATOR HHO DENGAN VARIASI KONFIGURASI LARUTAN ELEKTROLIT BAKING SODA DALAM AQUADES

ABSTRAK

Browns gas atau gas HHO dipercaya dapat digunakan untuk menghemat bahan bakar pada kendaraan sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian terhadap generator yang digunakan untuk memproduksi gas HHO. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan generator HHO generasi ke-3 dengan variasi konfigurasi larutan elektrolit baking soda 1 gram 2 gram 3 gram 4gram 5 gram 10 gram 15 gram dan 20 gram dalam setiap 1 liter aquades. Penelitian meliputi pengujian performa genrator HHO dengan waktu pengujian 24 jam dan pengujian generator HHO pada engine genset bensin dengan kelompok kontrol mesin tanpa penambahan generator HHO. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa konfigurasi elektrolit baking soda 10 gram dengan elektroda luar sebagai katoda memiliki efisiensi generator HHO paling besar yaitu 943. Dari pengujian 24 jam konfigurasi 1 gram memiliki efisiensi HHO terbesar dengan rata-rata kenaikan dari konfigurasi 3 gram sebesar 7455 Dari pengujian di motor generator-set bensin Yasuka konfigurasi 10 gram hanya dapat mencapai beban 88.89. Tetapi konfigurasi 1 gram dapat mencapai beban 111.11 dengan persentase kenaikan rata-rata efisiensi sistem genset 951overall sebesar 0.0022


ABSTRACT

Browns gas or HHO gas is believe applicable to economize fuel at vehicle causing need to be done research to generator applied to produce gas HHO Research is done by using generator HHO third generation with various configuraton of electrolyte baking soda 1 grams 2 grams 3 grams 4grams 5 grams 10 grams 15 grams and 20 grams in every 1 litre aquades. Research covers examination of performa genrator HHO with experiment of 24 hours and experiment of generator HHO at engine genset gasoline with group of control is engine without addition of generator HHO. The result of this research is that electrolyte configuraton baking soda 10 grams with external electrode as cathode has biggest HHO generator efficiency that is 943. From experiment of 24 hours configuraton 1 gram has the biggest HHO efficiency with average of increase of from configuraton 3gram equal to 7455 From experiment in motor generator-set gasoline Yasuka configuraton 10 grams only reach burden 88.89. But configuraton 1 gram can reach burden 11111 with percentage increase of average of genset system efficiency overall efficiency equal to 00022
