ABSTRAK

Sumber daya manusia SDM merupakan aset potensial bagi setiap instansi baik pemerintah swasta maupun pendidikan. SDM yang berkualitas akan memudahkan instansi dalam mengelola aktivitasnya sehingga tujuan yang ditetapkan oleh instansi yang bersangkutan dapat tercapai. Pemilihan pejabat structural pada setiap instansi adalah hal yang sangat vital Oleh karena itu diperlukan metode seleksi yang cukup obyektif dan transparan guna mendapat hasil yang optimal. Metode AHP merupakan salah satu metode seleksi yang cukup obyektif karena menggabungkan proses kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari persepsi manusia. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dipilih pejabat stuktural setingkat supervisor pada sebuah instansi BUMN. Kriteria dan subkriteria telah ditentukan secara kuantitatif dan perhitungan nilai prioritas antarcalon dilakukan dengan cara mengkuantitatifkan data kualitatif yang ada. Sebagai antarmuka dibuat sebuah sistem informasi eksekutif yang interaktif dan memudahkan eksekutif dalam menjalankan simulasi proses seleksi pegawai calon pejabat struktural. Diharapkan pihak eksekutif perusahaan dapat menjalankan aktivitasnya dengan lebih optimal obyektif dan transparan dalam proses pemilihan pegawai calon pejabat struktural perusahaan.


ABSTRACT

Human Resources HR is potential asset of every institution not only government and private but also educational institution. Qualified HR will ease the institution to manage its activities so the goal of this institution can be reached. Choice of profession system is a vital point for every institution. Therefore a method of selection which is quite objective and transparent needed in order to get optimal results. Anayltical Hierarchy Process AHP method is one of selection methods that is quite objective because it is combining process taken from qualitative and quantitative perception of human beings. On this Final Project of Undergraduate choice the profession of Sub Division in an government-corporation will be decide. Criteria and sub criteria has been quantitatively determined and the calculation of candidates priorities determined by quantitatifiying the qualitative-datas. As an interface executive information systems is made which is interactive and ease the executive to process simulation of choice of profession by using AHP. As an interface executive information system which is interactive is made that is used to make the simulation process of choice of profession by using AHP easier for the executive. Hopefully the executive can run their activities with more optimal objective and transparent on process of choice of profession.
