ABSTRAK

PT. Otsuka Indonesia adalah perusahaan manufacturing to order yang memproduksi alat-alat farmasi terutama infus. Infus merupakan salah satu produk kesehatan yang bermanfaat untuk menggantikan zat makanan di dalam tubuh berupa cairan yang langsung ditransfusikan ke dalam tubuh melalui saluran pembuluh darah. Fokus amatan pada penelitian ini adalah infus yang merupakan salah satu produk yang paling banyak diproduksi. Infus diproduksi pada unit produksi LVP Large Volume Parenteral. Spesifikasi infus bervariasi tergantung dari pemesanan yang diinginkan oleh customer. Kondisi proses produksi perusahaan saat ini terindikasi terjadi waste. Dari hasil penelitian mengindikasikan adanya dua waste kritis yaitu waiting dan defect. Waiting disebabkan adanya waktu downtime mesin sedangkan defect ditemukan karena produk yang dihasilkan masih tidak memenuhi kriteria spesifikasi. Munculnya waste tersebut menyebabkan proses produksi menjadi tidak efektif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Lean Six Sigma yang dapat mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa aktivitas non-value added meminimasi waste dan meningkatkan kualitas produk dari sebuah proses produksi. Tahapan penelitian mengikuti siklus DMAI yang didalamnya menggunakan Big Picture Mapping identifikasi waste mencari penyebab terjadinya waste analisis terhadap waste menggunakan RCA dan FMEA. Kemudian tahap akhir melakukan perbaikan berdasarkan hasil nilai RPN tertinggi. Dari hasil yang diperoleh didapat empat alternatif perbaikan. Dan berdasarkan hasil value tertinggi diketahui bahwa alternatif modifikasi filling case desain tutup proses filling dan validasi mesin autoclave yang terbaik.


ABSTRACT

Otsuka Indonesia PT is a manufacturing to order company which produce pharmacy products such as infuse. Infuse is one of healthy product which use to replace food substance in our body in liquid form transfused into our body by blood vessel. The main focus of this research is infuse which is one of the most product produced. Infuse produced in production unit of LVP Large Volume Parenteral. A kind of infuse specification depend on the order from customer. The situation of production prosses in company now a days indicates a waste. From the research indicates two critical wastes these are waiting and defect. Waiting caused by machines downtime while defect found because the products did not fulfill the specification criteria. The waste appearence made the production prosses uneffective. This reasearch use Lean Six Sigma method that can identified and analized the activity of non-value added minimize the waste and increase the quality of the product of the production prosses. The research steps follow the DMAI cycle that use big picture mapping waste identification the main caused of wasted form analize the waste use RCA and FMEA. Then the final step is repair based on the value of higest RPN. From the result we got four repair alternative. And depend on the highest value we know that filling case modification alternative cover design of filling prosses and the best of autoclave machine validation.
