ABSTRAK

Spreader dan hoist pada CC PT.TPS berfungsi mengangkat container dari tumpukan atau kapal berpotensi menyebabkan terjadinya kegagalan seperti trouble loss brake hoist spreader melorot sendiri akibat brake hoist tidak bekerja sehingga menyebabkan container jatuh dan rusak. Spreader dan hoist memiliki kemampuan angkat seberat 45 ton dengan panjang container 20 dan 40 feet. Resiko dari kegiatan pengoperasian spreader dan hoist dapat diminimalkan dengan pembuatan preventive maintenance. Penelitian ini membahas perencanaan kegiatan perawatan dengan metode RCM II dan penilaian resiko berdasarkan pada matriks resiko. Perhitungan kuantitatif diberikan untuk menentukan perawatan optimal TM dengan memperhatikan biaya perawatan CM dan biaya perbaikan CR. Sedangkan HIRARC hazard identification risk assessment and risk control digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya pada saat maintenance spreader dan hoist. Berdasarkan pada RCM II decision worksheet jenis task yang dapat diberikan adalah adalah scheduled condition task scheduled dischard task scheduled restoration dan combination of task. Penilaian resiko menunjukkan bahwa komponen kritis yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas dalam memberikan perawatan adalah Generator hoist rusak dengan L 215 kali dan C 1441493 jam Voltage drop L 199 kali dan C 112 jam Motor hoist overload L 104 kali dan C 1802076 jam Motor terjadi shortkonsleting L 124 kali dan C 96232 jam Koil selenoid valve rusak L 206 kali dan C 1108579 jam Pompa hidrolik rusak L 103 kali dan C 1035166 jamdan Motor spreader rusak. L 135 kali dan C 1567354 jam. Analisa resiko berdasarkan HIRARC menunujukkan bahwa hampir semua kegiatan maintenance memiliki resiko tinggi high.


ABSTRACT

On the of CC PT.TPS its spreader and hoist which one used to lift container from the stack or ship have potencial to fail such as loss brake hoist released spreader due to braken hoist brake so it will cause the container fell down and broken. Spreader and hoist have lifting capasity load 45 TON with containers lengths are 20 and 40 feet. The risk of the spreader and hoist operation can be reduced by making preventivve maintenance. This examination is about the planning of maintenance acitivees using RCM II methode and the risk assessment based on the risk matrix. The quantitatif calculation is given to detemine the optimum maintenance TM by concerning the cost maintenance CM and cost repaired CR. Thus HIRARC hazard identification risk assessment and risk control is used to identify the hazard when the speader and hoist are in maintenance service. Based on the examination report are known that there are 19 kind of failure at hoist and spreader. To anticipate that failed so the maintenance activities which based on RCM II decision diaghram are scheduled condition task scheduled dischard task scheduled restoration and combined of task. The risk assessment shows the critical part which necessary to get the priority at the maintenance such as generator hoist failed with L215 time and C 1441493 hours Voltage drop L 199 time and C 112 hours Motor hoist overload L 104 time and C 1802076 hours Motor short circuit L 124 time and C 96232 hours selenoid valve coil broken L 206 time and C 1108579 hours hidrolik pump broken L 103 time and C 1035166 hours and Motor spreader broken L 135 time and C 1567354 hours. The risk analysis based on HIRARC shows that all most all of the maintenance activities have high risk.
