FIRE EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN APAR EVALUATION AND HYDRANT SYSTEM DESIGNING IN PT. CIPTA BUSANA JAYA SIDOARJO

ABSTRAK

PT. Cipta Busana Jaya merupakan industri yang bergerak dalam usaha garmen. Proses produksi yang dihasilkan dari industri ini tiap harinya 61617 16000 pieces berarti perusahaan ini memiliki bahan baku yang berupa tekstil dalam jumlah yang cukup besar sehingga perusahaan ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai bangunan yang memiliki tingkat Bahaya kebakaran sedang ordinarymoderate hazard berdasarkan NFPA 10 tahun 1998. Sistem instalasi penanggulangan kebakaran yang terdapat pada PT. Cipta Busana Jaya hamya terdapat APAR dan Prosedur Fire Emergency Respon Plan. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pengambilan data-data berupa jumlah APAR dan sarana escape yang sudah ada di PT. Cipta Busana Jaya. Evaluasi APAR dimulai dengan mengevaluasi penempatan dan pengadaan APAR yang telah ada dan membandingkan dengan peraturan yang ada PERMENAKERTRANS RI NO.04MEN1980 dan NFPA 10 tahun 1998. Evaluasi Fire Emergency Respon Plan dimulai dengan mengevaluasi lebar pintu darurat jumlah pintu darurat escape route dan letak assembly area berdasarkan Perda DKI Jakarta No.3 Tahun 1992 dan Life Safety Code NFPA No. 101. Apabila hasil evaluasi terhadap APAR dan Fire Emergency Respon Plan terjadi ketidaksesuain maka dilakukan perancangan ulang. Untuk perancangan hydrant system dimulai dengan melakukan perhitungan jumlah pilar hydarnt yang dibutuhkan jangkauan pilar hydrant luas bak penampung air hydrant dan perhitungan daya pompa yang dibutuhkan. Dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa jumlah APAR yang dibutuhkan PT. Cipta Busana Jaya berdasarkan PERMENAKERTRANS RI NO.04MEN1980 adalah 54 buah dengan jenis APAR sementara berdasarkan NFPA 10 tahun 1998 adalah 38 buah. Untuk perhitungan Fire Emergency Respon Plan diperoleh bahwa jumlah pintu darurat di PT. Cipta Busana Jaya adalah 20 pintu exit dan Jumlah assembly area hasil perancangan ada 4 area. Untuk perhitungan hydrant system diperoleh hasil jumlah pilar hydrant sebanyak 4 buah dengan jarak jangkauan hydrant secara horizontal 97m dan vertical 2446m. volume air hidrant yang dibutuhkan sebesar 5679m3 dan volume bak reservoir sebesar 75176 m3 dan Daya air yang dibutuhkan pompa sebesar 5377 hp.


ABSTRACT

PT. Cipta Busana Jaya is the garmen industry. Everyday this industry produce 61617 16000 pieces of cloth. It mean this industry have a lot of fabric material so this industry can be categorized as moderate fire danger potential building based on NFPA 10 1998 edition. Fire protection system in PT. Cipta Busana Jaya is only has APAR and Fire emergency respon plan. The research started with colecting the number of APAR and escape means data in PT. Cipta Busana Jaya. Evaluation APAR started with evaluate a placement and the number of APAR and compare with PERMENAKERTRANS RI NO.04MEN1980 and NFPA 10 year 1998. Evaluation Fire Emergency Respon Plan started with evaluate fire exit width number of fire exit escape route and location assembly area point based on Perda DKI Jakarta No.3 year 1992 and Life Safety Code NFPA No.101. If the result of evaluation APAR and emergency respon plan is not fulfill condition so we must redesign action. In designing hidrant system started with calculate the number of pillar hydrant range of pillar hydrant wide of reservoir for hydrant system and calculate pump capacity. The result from research that the number of APAR based on PERMENAKERTRANS RI NO.04MEN1980 is 54 and the number of APAR based on NFPA 10 year 1998 is 38. The result from calculation fire emergency respon plan that the number of fire exit in PT. Cipta Busana Jaya is 20 fire exit and 4 assembly area point. For calculation hydrant system the result that 4 pillar hydrant with the horizontal range approximately is about 97m and vertical range approximately is about 2446m hydrant volume is 5679m3 and reservoir volume is 75176 m3 and water capacity for pump is 5377 hp.
