ABSTRAK

Tension leg platform TLP merupakan struktur terapung yang dihubungkan dengan tendon bertegangan tarik ke dasar laut dengan pondasi yang tetap. TLP sangat efektif untuk perairan dalam karena performa gerakan TLP yang stabil untuk berbagai macam fungsi fasilitas produksi gas dan minyak di perarian dalam. Salah satu penilaian kelayakan struktur TLP adalah perilaku dinamisnya yang dipresentasikan gerakan struktur TLP tersebut di laut. Tugas Akhir ini membandingkan perilaku dinamis antara tiga jenis triangular TLP dengan sudut kolom yang berbeda akibat pengaruh gelombang acak dalam 6 arah gerak surge sway heave roll pitch dan yaw. Pemodelan dilakukan dengan bantuan software MOSES Multi Operational Structural Engineering Simulator. Hasil analisa untuk perbandingan RAO yang diperoleh untuk keseluruhan model menunjukkan bahwa secara umum variasi sudut kolom triangular TLP hanya berpengaruh besar terhadap karakteristik gerakan sway heave dan roll. Pada Triangular TLP untuk model 1 amplitude maksimum gerakan sway sebesar 0157 m gerakan heave sebesar 0114 dan roll sebesar 0071. Untuk model 2 amplitude maksimum gerakan sway sebesar 0147 m gerakan heave sebesar 0059 dan roll sebesar 0048. Dan untuk model 3 amplitude maksimum gerakan sway sebesar 0231 m gerakan heave sebesar 0450 dan roll sebesar 0057.


ABSTRACT

Tension leg platform TLP is a floating structure which attributed to tethertensioned which fixed it to sea floor with the foundation. TLP very effective for deep water condition because the motion performance of TLP more stableness in normal and severe condition for many functions to support oil and gas activities. One of the assessment of viability of structure TLP is dynamic behavior which is presented by the motion of TLP on the sea. This final project compares the dynamic response among three type triangular TLP with different column angle due to wave in six motion direction surge sway heave roll pitch and yaw. The MOSES Multi Operational Structural Engineering Simulator software is used for modelling and analysis. The result for all models shows that various angle column of triangular TLP only having a big effect on sway heave and roll motion. Maximum sway of model 1 is 0.157 m heave is 0.114 m and roll is 0.071 degree. For model 2 maximum sway is 0.147 m heave is 0.059 m and roll is 0.048 degree. And model 3 maximum sway is 0.231 m heave is 0.450 m and roll is 0.057 degree.
