ABSTRAK

Dalam Proyek Akhir ini dibuat optimasi manajemen penggunaan energi listrik dari beberapa sumber pada pedestrian traffic light menggunakan fuzzy logic controller yang memanfaatkan proses pengisian aki secara hibrid untuk mensupplai beban- beban pedestriannya. Cara yang digunakan adalah dengan mengolah data yang dideteksi oleh sensor tegangan dari solar cell dan sensor arus dari aki kemudian ditampilkan besar tegangan dan arus pada PLC Omron CS-1GH. Perbandingan perubahan nilai pada sensor akan diproses dengan proses logika kontrol fuzzy yang dilakukan oleh program dan output dari kontrol fuzzy akan dimasukan pada system untuk mengendalikan kinerja tegangan dari solar cell yang masuk pada buck-boost converter sebagai respons untuk pengisian tegangan pada aki. Proses fuzzy pada program diinputkan sebagai sumber DC pada pwm kemudian pwm akan mengendalikan tegangan output pada buck-boost converter. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelaksanaan proyek akhir ini adalah dapat mendeteksi besar tegangan solar cell dari 0 Volt hingga 20 Volt serta dapat mendeteksi besar arus aki dari 0 Ampere hingga 4 Ampere sehingga pengisian energi listrik ke aki dengan kontrol Fuzzy Logic dapat berjalan secara optimum dan dapat dilakukan penghematan energi listrik PLN sebesar 80 di bandingkan dengan pengisian energi listrik ke aki tanpa menggunakan kontrol Fuzzy Logic.


ABSTRACT

This Final Project focused mainly on making the optimum management using electric power from several source on traffic light zebra crossing the use of fuzzy logic controller. Concept method is were to feed a voltage censor from solar cell and current censor from accu then simultaneously display the resulting feedback on PLC Omron CS-1GH. The comparable value of censor will then processed by a fuzzy logic control system that had been fixed with the program and the resulting signal will be feed to the system to control the performance of voltage from solar cell to Buck-boost converter as a response to charge on accu system. Fuzzy feed from the program formed as a DC source voltage to the PWM circuit thus PWM circuit will control Buck-boost converter that control the output voltage on Buck-boost converter. The final result derived from this Final Project are the ability of the system to detect the value of solar cell from 0 Volt until 20 Volt and also acn detect the value of accu from 0 Ampere until 4 Ampere so the optimum of charging to accu can charge as optimum and can do efficient electric power of PLN is 80 was compared with charging electric power to accu without using Fuzzy Logic control.
