PENGARUH MIKROBA AZOTOBACTER CHROOCOCCUM DAN ASPERGILLUS NIGER TERHADAP KOMPOSTING LIMBAH PADAT DIGESTER BIOGAS DARI BLOTONG

ABSTRAK

Kompos sebagai salah satu jenis pupuk organik adalah hasil dekomposisi parsial tidak lengkap dipercepat secara artifisial dari campuran bahan-bahan organik oleh populasi berbagai macam mikroba dalam kondisi lingkungan yang hangat lembab dan aerobik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan limbah padat digester biogas dari blotong sebagai bahan baku pembuatan pupuk organik serta mengetahui pengaruh penambahan mikroba A. chroococcum dan A. niger pada kualitas pupuk organik. Rotary Drum Composter dioperasikan secara batch dengan rate aerasi 0586 m3 udarahariKg dalam skala laboratorium. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu perbandingan antara blotong murni dan limbah padat digester biogas dari blotong 12 dan 13 serta campuran starter dan limbah biogas 12 dan 13 tanpa mikroba. Konsentrasi mikroba A. chroococcum dan A. Niger adalah 5 mlkg limbah padat dan 3 mlkg limbah padat 3 mlkg limbah padat dan 5 mlkg limbah padat 5 mlkg limbah padat dan 5 mlkg limbah padat. Analisa yang dilakukan meliputi kadar N P K COD BOD dan kadar air. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kadar N paling optimal adalah rasio blotong dan limbah biogas 12 dengan perbandingan mikroba A. chroococcum dan A. niger 55 yaitu sebesar 12174 sedangkan peningkatan kadar P paling optimal adalah rasio blotong dan limbah biogas 12 dengan perbandingan mikroba A. chroococcum dan A. niger 35 yaitu sebesar 16207 .


ABSTRACT

Compost one of kind fertilizer is a product from partially decomposition accelerated with the presence of organic matter that are biodegraded by microorganisms in sufficient and aerobic condition. The aims of this research are to use solid waste of biogas digester from sugar waste as material for making compost and also to know the effects of adding A. chroococcum and A. niger on fertilizer quality. Rotary Drum Composter is operated in batch condition with aeration volumetric rate 0586 m3 airdaykg at laboratory project. Variables used are the ratio sugar waste and solid waste of biogas digester 12 and 13 and also the ratio starter and solid waste of biogas digester 12 and 13 without microbes. The concentration of A. chroococcum and A. niger are 5 mlkg solid waste mixture and 3 mlkg solid waste mixture 3 mlkg solid waste mixture and 5 mlkg solid waste mixture 5 mlkg solid waste mixture and 5 mlkg solid waste mixture. Analysis consists of N P K level COD BOD and moisture content. The best result of this research is reached in ratio sugar waste and solid waste of biogas digester 12 for the higher N level is the ratio A. chroococcum and A. niger 55 121.74 for the higher P level is the ratio A. chroococcum and A. niger 35 162.07.
