RANCANG BANGUN PENGEMBANGAN KWH METER UKUR LISTRIK 1 PHASE RUMAH TANGGA PENGOLAHAN DAN PENYIMPANNAN DATA

ABSTRAK

Kilo Watt Hour kWh Meter berfungsi untuk mencatat energi terpakai oleh pengguna energi listrik. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan perancangan pengembangan pada sisi tampilan yang dapat memudahkan dalam pembacaannya karena dari kesalahan dalam pembacaan kWh meter berakibat dipihak penyedia jasa listrik mengalami kerugian dan pembukuan yang dilakukan menjadi tidak teratur sedangkan dipihak konsumen akan terjadi ketidak sesuaian antara jumlah rekening yang harus dibayar dengan pemakaian listrik yang tercatat selain itu pelanggan dapat lebih sulit dalam melakukan kontrol jumlah pemakaian listrik tiap bulan. Pada tugas akhir ini mengunakan IC energy metering ADE 7757 dengan masukan tegangan dan arus dan menghasilkan keluaran pulsa sebanding dengan energi terpakai. Mikrokontroler AVR ATMega 8535 sebagai penghitung jumlah keluaran pulsa dari IC ADE 7757 serta melakukan perhitungan tarif-tarif dasar listrik yang berlaku. Setelah melakukan tera kWh Di PT. PLN Persero UPJ Surabaya Utara didapatkan tingkat ketelitian dari kWh ini adalah 97.278 dan hasil terbaik di peroleh pada beban 3A Cos966 0.996 dengan persentase error 0.36 dan setelah dilakukan pengujian pemasangan di perumahan didapatkan tingkat ketelitian 94.2 terhadap kWh Analog PLN class2 dan 97.8 terhadap kWh digital actaris class1 sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa meminimalkan kesalahan akibat tidak tepatnya pembacaan dapat dihindari dengan merencanakan tampilan dari kWh meter ukur listrik yang lebih mudah dibaca dan peralatan yang secara otomatis mengirimkan data digital pada waktu yang sudah ditentukan serta meningkatkan ketelitian dari kWh tersebut.


ABSTRACT

The function of kilo watt hour meter is recorded used energy by users. Development of this tool still doing until now. So on this final project will be design and development on the display that we can easy to read it. Because of the missing on reading kWh meter cause provider of electricity energy has disadventage and the accounting will be unregulated. Wherease on the consument beatwen account that must be pay and energy used are out of shape. Then the consument will be difficult to controll energy used every month. On this final project used IC Energy Metering ADE7757 with input voltage and current then produce pulse that comparable with energy used. Microcontroller Atmega 8535 is used to calculate number of pulse from IC ADE7757 and calculate bills of energy that use. After callibrated kWh on PT. PLN Persero UPJ Surabaya Utara getting accuration of this kWh is 97278 and the best output is geting on 3A load with cos966 0.996 and the error precentaced 0.36 and after do test the house geting accuration 94.2 reference analog PLN class 2 and 978 reference digital kWh actaris class 1. So we can get conclusion that to minimalize error that cause unprecision reading can be accompilished with design the disply of kWh meter that easy to used. And improve the precision of kWh.
