ABSTRAK

Standar Nasional Indonesia sebagai salah satu acuan pengetesan dan mix desain beton di Indonesia terus mengalami perbaikan. Dalam upaya perbaikannya SNI banyak mengacu pada peraturan asing misalnya ASTMACI BS Eurocode dan sebagainya dimana belum diketahui perbandingan dari kedua peraturan tersebut dengan jelas. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perbandingan mengenai SNI dan ASTMACI mengenai peraturan pengetesan agregat batasan agregat dan proses mix desain normal.Selain untuk mengetahui perbedaan dari kedua peraturan tersebut juga untuk menganalisa pengaruhnya terhadap kebutuhan semen pada proses mix desain. Hasil dari perbandingan ini dapat diketahui dalam proses mix desain beton normal berdasarkan ACI tingkat kebutuhan semennya lebih ekonomis daripada SNI. Nilai penghematan biaya sekitar 10-13 untuk tiap m3 beton.


ABSTRACT

SNI Standar Nasional Indonesia is always renewed according to several standards such as ACIASTM BS Eurocode etc. It would be usefull if a comparison study is perfomed to know the mix design process material testing procedure prior to the mix design especially the cement content found in both standards SNI and ACI. The result shows that the cement content found using ACI procedure is less than SNI procedure. The different is around 10- 13 m3 concrete.
