ABSTRAK

Kemacetan menjadi hal yang tidak dapat dihindari lagi khususnya di Ibu Kota Jakarta. Pengguna BRT Bus Rapid Transit atau biasa disebut busway bisa menjadi alternatif. Sejak dioperasikan sejak lima tahun lalu kinerja busway masih di bawah standar yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi persoalan transportasi di Ibu Kota Jakarta seperti kemacetan dan kenyamanan yang buruk. Jumlah armada yang sedikt menyebabkan penumpukan calon penumpang di sejumlah halte. Pembahasan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah menganalisa waktu tempuh rata-rata sepanjang rute Blok MKota waktu selang keberangkatan antar armada station hedway menganalisa kenyamanan per-tempat duduk dan berdiri yang telah ditetapkan menganalisa kapasitas kendaraan dan koefisien kapasitas kendaraan menganalisa kebutuhan demand serta ketersedian supply untuk operasional Transjakarta busway rute Blok M-Kota sampai 10 tahun kedepan Untuk dapat menjawab permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan observasi dan survei naik turun penumpang pada tiap-tiap halte. Selain itu dilakukan juga studi dokumentasi terhadap laporanlaporan milik pengelola atau operator BLU Transjakarta dan instansi terkait. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan waktu tempuh ratarata yaitu 40 menit dan waktu keberangkatan antar armada station headway 1.6 menit atau 96 detik untuk waktu tunggu penumpang di halte-halte. Untuk kenyamanan tempat duduk r 032 m2space dan nilai kenyamanan tempat berdiri 963 0192m2space. Kapasitas total satu rangkaian armada Transjarta Cv sebesar 85 penumpang sedangkan kapasitas total tempat duduk 30 penumpang dan jumlah tempat untuk berdiri 55 orang. Load Factor LF maksimum untuk rute Blok MKota pada saat peak hour pagi sebesar 0.74 sedangkan pada saat peak hour sore sebesar 0.84. Untuk rute KotaBlok M pada saat peak hour pagi sebesar 0.93 sedangkan saat peak hour sore sebesar 0.90. Sedangkan Load Factor untuk peramalan 10 tahun kedepan untuk rute Blok M-kota pada saat peak hour pagi sebesar 0.74 sedangkan pada saat peak hour sore sebesar 0.90. Untuk rute KotaBlok M pada saat peak hour pagi sebesar 0.99 sedangkan saat peak hour sore sebesar 0.99.


ABSTRACT

Traffic jam is something that cant avoid especially in capital city like Jakarta. User BRT Bus Rapid Transit or busway can be use as alternative transportation. Since operated five years ago busway performance as solution for transportation problem in Jakarta like traffic jam and worst comfortable is still below standard. Less number of busway caused cumulation of passagers in some halt. The discussion in this final project is analyze the time avarege along Blok MKota rute departure time interval between busway station headway anlyze comfortability parameter seat and standing place analyze the capacity of the vehicle and vehicle capacity coefficients analyze the needs demand and the availability of supply to operational Trans jakarta Busway Blok MKota rute until upcoming 10 years. To be able answer that problem so it has to do an observation and up down passengers survey on every halt . In addition the study also made the documentation of the reporta report owned by the management or Transjakata BLU operator and related institutions From the analysis we get time avarege 40 minute and departire time between vehicle station headway16 minute or 96 second for waiting time for passagers in every halt. For x the comfotability value of the seat place r 032 m2space and comfortability value of the standing place 963 0192m2space. Total capacity of on series Transjakarta Cv is 85 passengers while the total seating capacity for a series of Transjakarta 30 passengers and total standing capacity is 55 passegers. Load Factor LF maximum for Blok Mkota rute in morning peak hour is 074 while in afternoon peak hour is 084. For Kota-Blok M rute in morning peak hour is 093 whilein afternoon peak hour is 090. Meanwhile Load Factor for next 10 years for Blok M-Kota rute in morning peak hour is 074 while in afternoon peak hour is 090. For Kota-Blok M rute in morning peak hour is 099 while in afternoon peak hour is 099.
