ABSTRAK
Pada tugas akhir ini penulis membuat implementasi yang memudahkan user mengoperasikannya dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy c-means untuk menemukan bayangan dan menghilangkan bayangan. Pertama yang dilakukan melakukan transformasi warna RGB menjadi CIE LUV pada image asli. Kedua data pixel dari CIE LUV image diclusterkan menggunakan fuzzy c-means dengan menghasilkan cluster image. Ketiga merubah cluster image menjadi citra biner untuk mendeteksi bayangan pada image asli dan tahap terakhir menghilangkan bayangan dengan membandingkan image asli dengan citra biner yang terdeteksi bayangan.
ABSTRACT
In this final task the author makes implementation allow a user to operate by using fuzzy c-means to find and eliminate shadows shadows. First performed RGB color transformation to CIE LUV on the original image. Second pixel data from the CIE LUV image clustered using fuzzy c-means to generate image clusters. Third change the cluster image into binary image to detect the shadow of the original image and the final stage of removing the image by comparing the original image with the detected binary image of the shadow.
