ABSTRAK

Struktur gedung Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah RSUD Kepanjen Malang telah direncanakan dengan menggunakan metode daktilitas terbatas dengan pemilihan daerah gempa sedang sesuai dengan kondisi kota Surabaya dan sekitarnya. Struktur gedung ini dimodifikasi dan dirancang kembali untuk diaplikasikan didaerah yang memiliki resiko gempa tinggi Wilayah gempa 6 dengan menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus SRPMK. Modifikasi yang dilakukan pada gedung ini diantaranya jumlah lantai dari 2 lantai menjadi 8 lantai. Perancangan gedung ini berdasarkan Tata Cara Perencanaan Perhitungan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-2847-2002 dan Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-1726-2002. Hasil perancangan struktur gedung Rumah Sakit terdiri dari portal beton dengan tulangan utama diameter 22 mm D22 tulangan geser diameter 10 mm 10 untuk balok dan diameter 12 mm 12 untuk kolom atap beton dan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang beton pracetak.


ABSTRACT

Building Structure of Regional General Hospital RSUD Surabaya had designed using limited ductility method with mid quake zone appropriate with Surabaya condition. Modified and redesign this building structure for applicable on the area which have high risk of earth quake quake zone 6 using special moment resisting frame system SMRFS. The modifications for this building were number of floor from 5 floor became 8 floor. This building was designed using Tata Cara Perencanaan Perhitungan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-2874-2002 and Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-1726-2002. Result design of RSUD building structure consist of concrete portal with diameter 22 mm D22 main reinforce and diameter 10 mm 10 shear reinforce for beam and diameter 12 mm 12 shear reinforce for column use steel solid beam roof construction and use precast concrete pile foundation.
