DISASTER MITIGATION GUIDELINES OF LANDSLIDE RESIST AREA AT THE SLOPE OF WILIS MOUNTAIN IN NGANJUK REGENCY

ABSTRAK

Meningkatnya kekritisan lahan di Lereng Gunung Wilis Kabupaten Nganjuk telah menyebabkan peningkatan bencana longsor. Kenyataannya pada setiap musim hujan banyak terjadi bencana longsor. Bencana longsor ini telah memakan korban baik materi maupun jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan arahan mitigasi bencana rawan longsor di Lereng Gunung Wilis Kabupaten Nganjuk. Proses analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi empat tahapan pertama menilai tingkat ancaman bahaya longsor dengan teknik overlay peta parameter faktor-faktor penyebab longsor. Kedua menentukan kerentanan bahaya longsor dengan metode impact assessment dan selanjutnya membuat zonasi tingkat kerentanan longsor dengan parameter kerentanan fisik sosial ekonomi dan lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dilakukan zonasi tingkat resiko longsor dengan teknik overlay. Selanjutnya dilakukan perumusan arahan mitigasi bencana longsor yang disusun dengan menggunakan analisis triangulasi. Sehingga dicapai arahan mitigasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk masing-masing tingkat zona resiko. Dari hasil analisis triangulasi arahan mitigasi untuk zona resiko rendah dilakukan dengan mempertahankan kondisi eksisting melalui monitoring zona resiko sedang dilakukan dengan regulasi dan penyuluhan mengenai bencana longsor dan untuk zona resiko tinggi diberikan arahan mitigasi dengan cara melakukan rekayasa teknik dan perluasan kawasan lindung dengan penanaman vegetasi berakar tunjang selain itu dilakukan pula dengan upaya pembentukan satgas bencana yang memberikan monitoring simulasi dan peringatan dini.


ABSTRACT

Increasing of critical land at the slope area of Wilis Mountain In Nganjuk Regency has caused the rising number of landslide disaster. Its a fact that in every rainy season there would be landslides disaster. This landslide disaster has been taking victims and loss in matters and lifes. The aim of this research is to formulate disaster mitigation guideline of landslide resist area at the slope of Wilis Mountain in Nganjuk Regency. There are 4 four steps in this research first is to grading the landslide threatening level use map parameter overlay of landslide cause factors. Second using impact assessment method to determine landslide vulnerability henceforth made landslide susceptibility level zoning use physic susceptibility social economy and environment parameter. Based on the analysis use an overlay made a landslide risk degrees zoning. Afterwards formulate a disaster mitigation guideline of landslide using triangulation analysis. So that disaster mitigation guideline for each risk zone level could be reached. Based on triangulation analysis the mitigation guidelines for low risk zone is done by holding on the existing condition by monitoring the medium risk zone is done by implementing the regulation and counseling of landslide disaster and for the high risk zone is by giving a mitigation guidelines with technical engineering and protected areas expansion with planting taproot vegetation furthermore by effort of forming disaster task-force that responsible of monitoring simulating and early-warning.
