DESAIN INKUBATOR BAYI DENGAN KONTROL OTOMATIS YANG EKONOMIS UNTUK KLINIK PERSALINAN

ECONOMIC INFANT INCUBATOR DESIGN WITH AUTOMATIC CONTROL FOR MATERNITY CLINIC CENTER

ABSTRAK

AKB Angka Kematian Bayi masih cukup tinggi di Indonesia. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah bayi lahir prematur prematur penyumbang 70-80 angka kesakitan dan kematian neonatus neonatal. Sesuai prosedur perawatan bayi baru lahir bahwa bayi prematur yang baru lahir harus dimasukkan ke dalam incubator. Dengan jumlah kepemilikan minimal 2 item incubator import dan 10 item incubator buatan lokal untuk rumah sakit umum dan minimal 3-5 item incubator buatan lokal untuk klinik persalinan masih kurang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perawatan bayi prematur sehingga menyebabkan turunnya kualitas perawatan bayi prematur. Masalah yang ada saat ini adalah mahalnya harga incubator import dengan rata-rata harga Rp.125juta Rp.160juta dilengkapi berbagai keunggulan teknologi yang dibutuhkan dalam perawatan bayi prematur seperti kontrol suhu dan kelembaban sensor kulit alarm dll. Sedangkan incubator buatan lokal dengan harga antara Rp.1juta-Rp.2juta namun dengan teknologi yang seadanya hanya dengan pemanas lampu tanpa ada kontrol suhu dan kelembaban sensor dan alarm sangat kurang dalam mendukung perawatan bayi prematur akut. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah meredesain incubator yang ekonomis namun memiliki keunggulan fitur dari produk yang setara. Konsep perancangan ini adalah incubator bayi yang ekonomis mengadaptasi teknologi yang ada pada incubator import seperti reservoir air untuk kelembaban fan untuk sirkulasi udarasensor suhu tubuh bayi. Incubator akan dibuat dengan cara sederhana dengan material acriliyc pengaturan suhu dan kelembaban dilakukan dengan sistem kontrol on off otomatis.


ABSTRACT

Baby mortality number is still high in Indonesia. One of the reasons is premature birth that give 70-80 of illness and baby mortality number. The procedure of keeping premature baby is put them into the incubator. Hospital usually has 2 items of import incubator and 10 items of local incubator at least. A confinement clinic has 3-5 items of local incubator at least. It is not enough to complete new prematur baby need so that the quality of casing of premature baby is decreasing. In fact the problem is the price of incubator that is very expensive start from 125 to 160 million rupiahs for import incubator. But it competed with so many special quality of technology ion caring of the premature baby like temperature and humidity control skin sensore alarm etc. The problem of the price can be solved with the local product of incubator that price is start from 1-2 million rupiahs. But with a simple technology without temperature and humidity control skin sensore alarm it is not enough to complete the caring of an acute premature baby. The purpose of this final project is redesign an economic incubator but it has a special fiture from the same product level. This final project concept is an economic incubator technology adaptation from import incubator such as water reservoir for humidity fan for air circulation temperature sensore the body of baby. Incubator will made with a simply method with material of acrilyc regulating temperature and humidity performed with an automatic on-off control system.
