DETEKSI KENDARAAN BERGERAK SECARA REAL TIME

ABSTRAK

Kendaraan bergerak merupakan suatu objek menarik untuk dilakukan suatu penelitian. Hal-hal yang menarik yang dapat diajadikan objek penelitian adalah kecepatan jenis dan warna dari kendarann. Kendaraan yang bergerak dengan cepat dapat menimbulkan blur yang dinamakan Motion Blur Image. Motion Blur Image adalah efek yang disebabkan oleh gerakan relatif antara kamera dan objek yang bergerak. Umumnya kita akan menghindari efek ini agar foto yang kita harapkan mendapatkan hasil yang bagus. Dalam proyek ini motion blur image kita gunakan untuk mendeteksi kecepatan dari suatu kendaraan sekaligus mengetahui jenis dan warna kendaraan tersebut. Untuk memperkirakan kecepatan kendaraan kita analisa hasil dari motion blur dan kita cocokkan dengan menggunakan gabor filter dan template matching dari sample kendaraan yang telah kita tentukan


ABSTRACT

Moving vehicle is an interesting object to do a research. Interesting things that can be made research object is the speed type and color of vehicle. Fast-moving vehicle can cause the so-called Motion Blur Image. Motion blur is a result of finite acquisition time of practical cameras and the relative motion between the camera and moving objects.. Generally we will avoid this effect to the image that we expect to get good results. In this project we use the motion blur image to detect the speed of a vehicle as well as knowing the type and color of the vehicle. To estimate the speed of the vehicle we analyze the results of motion blur and matching by using Gabor filter and template matching from a sample of vehicles
