ABSTRAK

Thermal Oxidizer merupakan sebuah sistem yang berfungsi untuk membakar limbah gas waste gas hasil sisa produksi untuk dialirkan ke lingkungan bebas. Agar limbah gas ini terurai menjadi gas buang dengan konsentrasi rendah maka diperlukan penentuan waktu perawatan yang benar pada komponen sistem pengendalian temperatur agar komponen sistem bekerja dengan baik. Komponen-komponen sistem pengendalian tersebut adalah Temperatur transmitter termokopel control valve dan burner. Condition Based Maintenance merupakan sebuah metode penentuan waktu perawatan yang didasarkan pada data kegagalan dan kondisi dari komponen. Metode ini dapat memperkirakan waktu perawatan yang didasarkan pada remaining useful life LR yang merupakan pengurangan dari mean life LM dan actual life LA. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data perawatan dan data pengukuran didapatkan rentang perkiraan waktu perawatan untuk komponen Temperatur Transmitter termokopel adalah 193 40 hari control valve adalah 195 23 hari dan burner adalah 155 34 hari. Hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan sesuai dengan data kerusakan yang terjadi sebenarnya


ABSTRACT

Thermal Oxidizer is a system that function is to burn the waste gas production for the remainder discharged into the environment freely. So that it breaks down into the waste gas flue gas with low concentration it is necessary to determine the correct treatment time on the temperature control system components so that system components work properly. Control system components are temperature transmitter thermocouples control valve and burner. Condition Based Maintenance is a method of determining the treatment time based on data from component failures and conditions. This method can estimate the treatment time based on remaining useful life LR which represents a reduction of the mean life LM and the actual life LA. Based on the results of data processing and maintenance of measurement data obtained an estimated range of treatment time for thermocouple and Temperature Transmitter is 193 40 days the control valve is 195 23 days and the burner is 155 34 days. The result of calculations that have been carried out in accordance with actual damage data.
