ABSTRAK

Kehilangan air karena kebocoran pipa dapat berimplikasi pada besarnya biaya sehingga perlu dilakukan pengelolaan pipa secara optimal. Kehilangan air bisa disebabkan oleh faktor teknis maupun non-teknis. Faktor non-teknis misalnya pencatatan meteran yang salah oleh pegawai air yang digunakan untuk air mancur bisa dikatakakan sebagai kehilangan air dan faktor non-teknis yang terakhir adalah tentang pencurian pipa oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Sedangkan yang termasuk faktor teknis kebocoran pipa adalah kondisi pipa itu sendiri. PDAM Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum sebagai pihak pengelola perpipaan di Surabaya selama ini masih menggunakan pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam menangani kebocoran pipa yang terjadi. Tugas akhir ini akan membahas masalah tentang penentuan prioritas perbaikan pipa yang disebabkan karena kebocoran pipa. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kebocoran pipa diantaranya adalah umur pipa bahan pipa diameter pipa kondisi air tanah dan kondisi jalan raya atas kendaraan yang melewati jalan raya tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi kebocoran pipa adalah Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan yang berjenis Jaringan Fungsi Basis Radial JFBR dengan menggunakan faktor input atribut pipa kondisi air tanah dan kondisi jalan raya. Data yang digunakan sebagai training adalah data kebocoran pipa di Surabaya selama tiga tahun terakhir 2006-2009 yang diperoleh dari PDAM Surabaya sebagai pihak yang mengelola air termasuk kebocoran pipa.


ABSTRACT

Loss of water due to pipe leakage may have implications on the cost so it needs an optimal pipeline management. Water loss can be caused by technical and non-technical factors. Non-technical factors such as listing the wrong meter by employees water fountains can be included as water losses and the last non-technical factors is about the theft of pipes by irresponsible parties. While including the technical factor of the leaking pipes is the condition of the pipe itself. PDAM Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum as the manager of piping in Surabaya today is still using the knowledge and experience in handling pipeline leaks that occurred. This final project will discuss issues concerning the prioritization of pipe replacement because of leakage. Factors that influence the occurrence of leakage pipes are pipe age pipe material pipe diameter soil water conditions and road conditions on vehicle across the highway. The method used to detect leakage pipeline is Radial Basis Function Network JFBR type of Neural Network using the input factors attribute pipe groundwater conditions and road conditions. Used as training data is the data of leakage pipe in Surabaya during the last four years 2006-2009 that obtained from PDAM Surabaya as the party managing the water including leakage of pipes.
