ABSTRAK

Gunung Kelud merupakan gunung api aktif yang berada di Kabuparen Kediri Blitar dan Malang Provinsi DT I Jawa Timur. Secara Geografis gunung ini terletak pada 756 LS dan 1121830 BT dengan ketinggian puncaknya 11139 m dpl atau 1650 meter di atas dataran Kediri. Gunung Kelud telah 6 kali meletus yaitu pada tahun 1901 1919 1951 1990 dan 2007. Jumlah korban jiwa mencapai 5.400. Dengan banyaknya jumlah korban jiwa tersebut maka penyampaian informasi yang cepat dan tepat akan membantu untuk mencegah timbulnya korban yang lebih banyak lagi. Oleh karena itu distribusi informasi yang akurat dan tepat guna akan sangat dibutuhkan. Proyek berbasis web ini merupakan sistem informasi geografis untuk bencana gunung meletus pada Gunungapi Kelud. Visualisasi pada web menggunakan map server dan php programming sebagai media penyimpan data digunakan PostgreSQL. Metode yang digunakan untuk penentuan status emergency adalah Metode Bayes. Pada metode ini data data yang diolah meliputi data wilayah dan data history bencana. Prosedur warning yang diberikan dibuat sebagai acuan bagaimana evakuasi harus dilakukan sesuai dengan referensi yang sudah ada dengan mengacu pada aturan standar sesuai informasi dari pejabat pemerintah yang terkait.


ABSTRACT

Kelud is an active volcano located in Kediri Blitar and Malang East Java. Geographically it is situated on the mountain 7 56 latitude and 112 1830 E with a peak height of 1113.9 m above sea level or 1 650 meters above the plains of Kediri. Kelud has erupted six times that in 1901 1919 1951 1990 and 2007. Total death toll reached 5400. With the large number of casualties is the delivery of fast and accurate information that will help to prevent more casualties. Therefore the distribution of timely and accurate information to be urgently needed. This web-based project is a geographic information system for disaster volcano on Volcano Kelud. Visualization on the Web using server folder and php programming as used in the PostgreSQL data storage media. The method used for determining the status of emergency is Bayes Method. In this method of data - data that is processed include data and history data of disaster areas. The procedure given warning was made as a reference how the evacuation should be conducted in accordance with the existing reference in accordance with standard rules based on information from the relevant government officials.
