KONTUR SEDIMENTASI PADA PERSIMPANGAN DUA SUNGAI UTAMA

ABSTRAK

Sungai mempunyai banyak jenis model aliran seperti aliran lurus dan bercabang yang berupa persimpangan dua sungai. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dibahas tentang sedimentasi pada persimpangan dua sungai. Dalam aliran pada persimpangan dua sungai terdapat dua sungai utama yang mengalir pada hilir yang sama.Metode Meshless Local Petrov-Galerkin MLPG merupakan metode yang dalam penerapannya tidak menggunakan pias gridmesh sehingga metode ini sangat bermanfaat pada masalah dengan boundary domain yang tidak kontinu atau yang bergerak. Dari hasil simulasi yang dilakukan dengan kecepatan sungai pertama v1 0.05 yaitu 50 dari kecepatan pada persimpangan dua sungai dan kecepatan sungai kedua v2 0.09 yaitu 90 dari kecepatan pada persimpangan dua sungai diperoleh bahwa setelah waktu T 5 kecepatan turun sebesar 0.195987 dan ketinggian sedimen naik 2.9196 x 10-3 dengan melakukan perubahan sudut aliran pada sungai pertama dari 600 ke 300 dan perubahan sudut aliran pada sungai kedua dari 360 ke 720. Diperoleh bahwa setelah waktu T 5 ketinggian sedimen naik sebesar 2.906 x 10-3 dan kecepatan turun sebesar 0.196018. Jadi perubahan sudut maupun perubahan kecepatan pada sungai pertama dan kedua tidak memberi pengaruh yang signifikan pada kedalaman sungai ketinggian sedimentasi dan kecepatan aliran pada persimpangan dua sungai


ABSTRACT

The river has many types of flow models such as flow in the form of straight and branched junction of two rivers. This research will be discussed on sedimentation at the junction of two rivers. In the flow at the junction of two rivers there are two main stream that flow on the same downstream. Meshless Local Petrov-Galerkin Method is a method that the application does not use pias grid mesh so this method is very useful in the domain boundary problems with discontinuous or moving. From the simulation with the first stream velocity v1 0.05 ie 50 of the velocity at the junction of two rivers and a second stream velocity v2 0.09 ie 90 of the velocity at the junction of two rivers found that after time T 5 velocity a decrease of 0.195987 and sediment ride height 2.9196 x 10-3 making changes in river flow at the first angle from 600 to 300 and change on river flow of the second angle from 360 to 720. Provided that after time T 5 the sediment height increased by 2.906 x 10-3 and speed decreased by 0.196018. So changes in angle and velocity change at the first and second river do not give a significant influence on the depth of the river altitude and velocity sedimentation at the junction of two rivers.
