ABSTRAK

Tempat tidur transport pasien merupakan sarana yang digunakan untuk memindahkan pasien yang kondisinya tidak memungkinkan berpindah tempat sendirian. Mekanik tempat tidur transport pasien dibuat dari bahan besi dengan likuk-likuk yang telah diperhitungkan sehingga mampu menopang beban pasien. Pembuatan tempat tidur transport pasien ini bertujuan memberikan kenyamanan pasien saat dipindahkan ketempat lain dan memudahkan perawat untuk memindahkan pasien tersebut ketempat yang diinginkan.Sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor bandul yang memiliki karakteristik selalu tegak lurus dengan ground tapi sensor bandul tidak stabil sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah mekanik gear banding untuk mengatasinya. Selain itu gear banding tersebut digunakan untuk memperlebar nilai ADC. Tempat tidur pasien yang diintegrasikan dengan sensor bandul dan sistem electric drive ini mampu menghasilkan kestabilan gerak pada tempat tidur pasien dengan range kecepatan putar mulai 29 rpm sampai 36 rpm dan range waktu mulai 1342 detik sampai 1582 detik.


ABSTRACT

Transport of the patients bed is a medium used for moving patients whose condition does not allow changing places alone. Mechanical transport of the patients bed made of iron with intricacies which has been calculated so as to sustain the patient load. Making the bed transport of these patients aims to provide patient comfort when moved elsewhere and enables nurses to move patients to the place desired. Sensors used are sensors which have the characteristics of the pendulum is perpendicular to the ground but the pendulum is unstable so that the sensor is a mechanical gear needed to handle the appeal. Also gear is used to widen the appeal is the ADC value. Patient bed sensors which are integrated with the pendulum and the electric drive system is able to produce stable motion in the bed of patients with a range of rotational speed from 29 rpm to 36 rpm and a range of time from 13.42 seconds to 15.82 seconds.
