ABSTRAK

Kemananan laut merupakan kebutuhan mutlak dari suatu negara apalagi negara archipleago seperti Indonesia. Masalah pelanggaran batas wilayah laut illegal fishing illegal logging hingga penyusupan kapal perang negara lain ke daerah kedaulatan Indonesia merupakan hal yang sering terjadi. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan masih sangat kurangnya jumlah kapal patroli yang di miliki di banding jumlah sektor yang harus di amankan.Uuntuk meminimalisir hal tersebut maka perlu di lakukan langkah pengoptimalan jumlah armada yang ad sehingga system patroli dapat dilakukan secara efisien dan efektif. Untuk mengoptimalkan patroli dengan armada yang terbatas maka rute patroli merupakan faktor yang cukup dominan Algoritma dalam proses optimasi ini di pilih menggunakan PSo partikel swarm optimizations dan juga brute force algorithm untuk menentukkan rute terpendek dari trayek patroli pso di gunakan karena algoritma ini cocok dalam penangan masalah - masalah yang mempunyai kompleksitas tingg Dari hasil simulasi tampak bahwa system yang dikembangkan mampu melakukan pemilihan armada yang sesuai dan penentuan rute patroli yang efisien.


ABSTRACT

Marine security is an absolute requirement of any country let alone archipleago countries like Indonesia. Problem of the territorial sea encroachment illegal fishing illegal logging to the infiltration of other countries warships to the area of Indonesias sovereignty it is often the case. This occurs because of still very lack of patrol boats in the number of sectors have in the appeal which must be in save. Because that to minimize the problem needs to do the optimization of the fleet that patrols the ad so that the system can be done efficiently and effectively. To optimize the limited patrols with a fleet that patrols the route is a fairly dominant factor this algorithm in the optimization process in selected using PSO particle swarm optimizations and also brute force algorithm to determine the shortest route from the route patrol PSO was used because this algorithm suitable in handling problems - problems that have a high complexity From the simulation results it appears that the system developed can make the appropriate selection of the fleet and the determination of an efficient patrol route.
