ABSTRAK

Banyak metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru agar murid dapat menangkap apa yang sedang diajarkan salah satunya adalah dengan permainan. Metode pembelajaran ini mampu menyampaikan tujuan pokok belajar dengan cara yang menyenangkan sehingga para siswa diharapkan dapat lebih bersemangat dan tertarik terhadap topik pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran sambil bermain juga dapat diterapkan pada salah satu pelajaran penting di sekolah yakni pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Permainan berbahasa Inggris ini dikenal dengan Word Games. Dari sekian banyak macam jenis permainan Word games yang ada Scramble termasuk salah satu jenis permainan Word games yang populer. Artificial Intelligence AI atau kecerdasan buatan merupakan cabang dari ilmu komputer yang berhubungan dengan pengautomatisasi tingkah laku cerdas. Pencarian atau pelacakan merupakan salah satu teknik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan AI. Terdapat beberapa aplikasi yang menggunakan teknik pencarian yaitu Board game dan puzzle. Dari perancangan dan pembuatan yang telah dilakukan algoritma depth first search sudah dapat melakukan pencarian mendalam pada board 4x4 untuk menemukan seluruh kata yang terdapat didalamnya. Namun untuk fungsi randomization atau pengacakan kata pada board 4x4 tidak dapat menghasilkan kosakata sebanyak yang diharapkan sehingga menyulitkan pengguna untuk menemukan lebih banyak kosakata.


ABSTRACT

Many learning methods used by teachers so that students can grasp what is being taught one of which ways is with the game. Learning method is able to convey an ultimate goal of learning with a fun way so that the students are expected to be more enthusiastic and interested in the topic of learning. Method of learning while playing can also be applied to one important lesson in school Such as English lessons. This particular English game is known as the Word Games. From many different types of genre for Word games including Word game Scramble is one popular category of word games. Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science that relate to the behavior of intelligent automation. Search or tracking is one of AI techniques to solve problems. There are some applications that use search techniques namely Board games and puzzles. From the design and manufacture that has been done depth first search algorithm is able to search deep on a 4x4 board to find all the words contained therein the search process. However for randomization function words in a 4x4 board can not generate as much as the expected vocabulary making it difficult for users to find more vocabulary.
