RANCANG BANGUN RANGKAIAN PENYAERAH GELOMBANG PENUH TAK TERKONTROL TIGA FASA DENGAN HARMONISA RENDAH

CIRCUIT AC TO DC FULL CONVERTER UNCONTROLLED THREE FASE WITH LOW HARMONICS

ABSTRAK

Proyek akhir ini mengerjakan suatu rangkaian ac to dc full converter tiga fasa tak terkontrol harmonisa rendah dengan mendesain filter. Dimana mula-mula sebelum dipasang filter pasif maka beban AC to DC Full Converter tiga fasa ini menghasilkan harmonisa frekuensi ke-3 dengan nilai yang cukup kecil frekuensi ke 5 7 11. Hal ini sesuai dengan teori bahwa untuk konverter enam pulsa maka harmonisa yang muncul sesuai dengan rumus 6n1. Sehingga kemungkinan yang muncul adalah frekuensi 5711 dst. Namun nilai yang tinggi diantara harmonisa-harmonisa tersebut adalah frekuensi ke-5 kemudian ke-7 sedangkan frekuensi ke-3 dan ke-11 kecil sekali dalam batas toleransi yang diijinkan sehingga filter pasif untuk tujuan agar rangkaian yang dibuat ini harmonisanya rendah adalah didisain untuk membuang frekuensi ke-5 dan ke-7 kemudian rangkaian ini dibebani motor dc 100volt dc.


ABSTRACT

This final project is working on AC to DC Full Converter Uncontrolled Three Phase with low harmonic filter design. Where at first before the passive filters is installed into AC to DC Full Converter Uncontrolled Three Phase it produced the 3rd harmonic frequency with a small enough value and the 5th harmonic frequency and 7th with significant value that must be eliminated. This is like as theory that for the six pulse converter the harmonics will appearis in numbered with the formula 6n1. Of course it will appear the frequency 5th 7th 11th. However the high value of harmonic frequency are the 5th then the 7th while the frequency of the 3rd and the 11 small within the allowable tolerance limits. So the passive filter is designed to eliminate the 5th and 7th frequency then this circuit loaded dc motor 100 volt dc. From the test we get data that the 5th frequency previously have value 1941 then decrease in value 798 and the 7th frequency previously have value 078 then decrease to be 008. So the THD reduced about 75.
