ABSTRAK

Pada analisa kestabilan crane jenis gantry di PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia dalam pengoperasian crane tidak terlepas dari kontainer yang merupakan beban load m dan panjang pendulum antara trolley dan spreder L juga massa trolley M dan gaya gravitasi g yang harus dikendalikan agar tercapai kestabilan. Pada saat loading dan unloding kontainer gerak laju trolley dan massa load yang bervariasi sering terjadi getaran ketidaksabilan pada trolley sehingga mengakibatkan kerusakan sistem untuk itu diperlukan pengendalian crane jenis gantry agar diperoleh kestabilan sesuai kebutuhan. Pengendalian pada crane jenis gantry dilakukan dengan memanipulasi massa load m dan panjang pendulum antara trolley dan spreader. Pengendalian kestabilan crane jenis gantry dilakukan dengan pemodelan sistem untuk mencari persamaan gerak dan frekuensi natural menggunakan software Mathcad diperoleh karakteristik respon sistem sebagai berikut969 11 M 23ton m 18 ton dan L 16 mg 10 pada xt respon amplitudo maksimum 8.913 dan amplitudo minimum 1.087 sedangkan pada 952t diperoleh amplitudo maksimum 0.557 dan -0.557.


ABSTRACT

In analyzing the stability of gantry crane species in the PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia in the operation of the crane can not be separated from the container which is the burden of load m and the length of the pendulum between the trolley and spreder L as well as trolley mass M and gravity g that must be controlled to achieve stability. At the time of loading and unloding containers the rate of motion of the trolley and load mass varied common unstability vibration causing damage to the trolley system to the required control type gantry cranes in order to obtain stability as needed. Control the types of gantry cranes is done by manipulating the mass load m and the length of the pendulum between the trolley and spreader. Stability control type gantry cranes is done by modeling the system to find the equations of motion and natural frequencies obtained using Mathcad software system response characteristic as follows 969 1.1 M 23ton m 18 tons and L 16 m g 10 in x t the maximum amplitude response of the minimum amplitude of 8913 and 1087 while on 952 t obtained the maximum amplitude of 0557 and -0557.
