ANALISA TEGANGAN SKIRT PILE PADA KONDISI BEBAN OPERASIONAL DAN EKSTREM

ANALYSIS OF SKIRT PILE STRESS AT OPERATIONAL AND EXTREME LOAD CONDITIONS

ABSTRAK

Banyak persyaratan dan kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam sebuah instalasi struktur lepas pantai terpancang. Selain kemampuan struktur lepas pantai dalam menerima beban sendiri maupun beban lingkungan daya dukung tanah juga merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting. Untuk meningkatkan daya dukung tanah diperlukan penetrasi yang dalam dan lebih banyak pile. Penetrasi yang dalam dan banyak optimal dilakukan jika pile bermediakan skirt pile. Skirt pile adalah struktur tambahan berbentuk tubular meletak di dasar laut menyatu dengan kaki jacket. Pada umumnya dihubungkan ke kaki jacket dengan yoke plate main shear plate dan external shear plate. Skirt pile berfungsi sebagai media untuk menggabungkan beberapa pile sebagai pondasi satu kaki jacket. Analisa yang dilakukan adalah analisa statis untuk kondisi beban operasional dan ekstrem. Untuk analisa global digunakan software MicroSAS II sehingga didapatkan nilai reaksi pada pile head joint. Nilai reaksi terbesar digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pemilihan skirt pile yang akan dianalisa. Dipilih empat load case untuk nilai reaksi terbesar yaitu dua untuk kondisi beban operasional dan dua untuk kondisi beban ekstrem. Dari empat load case tersebut didapatkan displacement brace joint terdekat dengan skirt pile. Selanjutnya nilai displacement tersebut digunakan sebagai input dalam pemodelan lokal pada software ANSYS Multiphysics. Dari hasil analisa lokal tersebut didapatkan nilai tegangan kritis pada external shear plate dengan nilai tegangan 310 MPa dimana tegangan ijinya sebesar 310.5 MPa. Sedangkan resultan displacement maksimum sebesar 0.023 meter terletak pada bottom yoke plate. Keduanya diakibatkan oleh kondisi beban ekstrem.


ABSTRACT

There are requirements and criteria that have to be considered in a offshore fixed structure installation. Beside the ability of offshore structures in receiving the self weight and the environmental load bearing capacity of soil is also one of the most important factor. To incrase the bearing capacity of soil required deep penetration and more piles. More piles and deep penetration are optimal if the piles use skirt pile. Skirt Pile is an additional structure of a tubular-shaped placed on the seabed connected with the leg jacket. In most cases connected to jacket leg with yoke plates shear plates and external shear paltes. It function is to combine multiple pile as a one jacket leg foundation. The analysis by the static analysis for operational and extreme load conditions. For the global analysis software used MicroSAS II to obtain a reaction value of pile head joint. The biggest reaction value is used as a reference to select a skirt pile that will be analyzed. Selected four load case for the value of the largest reaction namely two for operating load conditions and two for extreme load conditions. Of the four load cases the obtained joint brace displacement closest to the skirt pile. Furthermore displacement values are used as inputs in local modeling inANSYS Multiphysics. From the local analysis results are found for the value of critical stress on the plate with external shear stress values is 310 MPa where the allowable stress is 310.5 MPa. While the maximum resultant displacement is 0.0023 meters at the bottom yoke plate. Both are caused by extreme load conditions.
