RISER PROTECTION ANALYSIS OF FIXED JACKET PLATFORM DUE TO SHIP IMPACT

ABSTRAK

Keberadaan riser pada suatu sistem bangunan lepas pantai haruslah mendapat perhatian khusus terutama ketika posisinya sangat rawan mengalami tubrukan dengan supply vessel. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan melakukan upaya perlindungan terhadap riser-riser pada NGLB platform yang posisinya bersebelahan dengan boatlanding sehingga sangat rawan untuk mengalami tubrukan dengan supply vessel. Upaya perlindungan dilakukan dengan cara melakukan analisa perbandingan terhadap 2 rancangan model riser protection untuk mengetahui apakah model yang memiliki atau tidak memiliki koneksi langsung dengan boatlanding yang lebih baik. Hasilnya didapatkan bahwa model 1 atau yang tidak memiliki koneksi langsung dengan boatlanding lebih baik dibandingkan model 2. Berikutnya yaitu analisa ship impact pada SACS untuk mendapatkan besarnya energi yang di-absorb oleh riser protection. Didapatkan bahwa energi yang diserap adalah 309.63 KJ untuk kondisi bow impact dan 312.91KJ untuk kondisi side impact. Selain mendapat besarnya energi yang diserap pada analisa ini juga didapat besarnya defleksi maksimum yang kemudian digunakan sebagai input-an pada analisa lokal tumpuan utama riser protection. Stress terbesar yang terjadi pada tumpuan utama riser protection adalah sebesar 2.420x105 psf.


ABSTRACT

The existence of the riser in an offshore structure system should receive special attention especially when its position is very prone to experience a collision with a supply vessel. This final project aimed to safeguard against the risers on NGLB platform positioned besides to boatlanding so it is prone to experience a collision with a supply vessel. Protection efforts by performing comparative analysis of the 2 draft models riser protection to determine whether the models that have or do not have direct connection with boatlanding better. The result shows that the model 1 or who have no direct connection with boatlanding better than model 2. Next the analysis of ship impact on SACS to get the amount of energy in-absorption by riser protection. It was found that the energy absorbed is 309.63 KJ bow to the impact and 312.91KJ for side impact conditions. In addition to their energy absorption in this analysis also obtained the maximum deflection is then used as input of the local analysis of the main pedestal riser protection. The largest stress occurs on the main pedestal riser protection amounted to 2.420x105 psf.
