ABSTRAK

Proses pengolahan air bersih di IPAM Karang Pilang III mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 492 tahun 2010 PERMENKES 4922010 yang didalamnya terdapat syarat-syarat air hasil penjernihan dan pembersihan agar dikonsumsi layaknya air minum. Proses koagulasi merupakan bagian utama dari keseluruhan proses pengolahan air bersih dalam menentukan kadar optimum zat pengendap atau koagulan tawas dengan menerapakan metode Jar Test. Kelemahan dari Jar Test selain dari sistem pelakasanaannya yang bersifat manual juga ketidaklinieran hubungan antara penambahan dosis tawas dengan nilai kekeruhan dan pH air terukur pada akhir proses. Program Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Radial Basis Function yang dirancang mampu untuk menentukan atau memperediksi jumlah dosis kadar tawas optimum yang ditambahkan pada proses koagulasi dan pada proses prediksi tersebut memiliki nilai MSE training sebesar 00638288 dan nilai MAPE testing sebesar 0009649876.


ABSTRACT

Process water treatment at IPAM Karang Pilang III refers to the Minister of Health Regulation No.492 of year 2010 Permenkes 4922010 in which there are terms of water purification and cleansing that consumed as drinking water. Coagulation process is a major part of the overall water treatment process in determining the optimum levels of precipitating agent or a coagulant alum by applying methods of Jar Test. The downside of Jar Test apart from the implementation of system to manual as well as the relationship between the nonlinearity with the addition of alum dose and pH value of water turbidity was measured at the end of the process. Radial Basis Function Artificial Neural Network program that has been designed is capable to determine the number of dose levels or to predict optimum alum and the prediction process has MSE training value 00638288 and MAPE testing value 0009649876.
