PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENGENDALIAN TEMPERATUR PADA ECONOMIZER UNIT BOILER MENGGUNAKAN FUZZY GAIN SCHEDULING PID CONTROLLER DI PT. PETROKIMIA GRESIK

ABSTRAK

Economizer adalah sejenis alat penukar panas aliran silang dimana panas dipindahkan dari gas asap hasil pembakaran ke air pengisian feed water yang sedang masuk. Temperatur sangat berpengaruh pada proses ini dengan adanya pengendalian temperatur maka akan meningkatkan efisiensi dari sistem sesudah economizer yaitu HP drum. Dengan perancangan kontrol fuzzy gain schedulingPID controller diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dari HP drum dengan menjaga temperature menjadi stabil. Dari perancangan sistem didapatkan parameter nilai tuning terbaik untuk Kp 20 Ki 0.13 dan Kd 50 yang terbaik dengan settling time ts 18s dan tidak mengalami overshoot. Sedangkan untuk kontrol PID didapatkan parameter Kp 6 Ti5 dan Td 1.25 yang masih mengalami maximum overshoot 47.35 dan settling time ts 35s. Hasil perancangan sistem menggunakan algoritma fuzzy gain schedulling PID controller menunjukkan hasil respon pengendalian yang lebih baik dari mode pengendali PID biasa.


ABSTRACT

Economizer are a sort streaming heat exchanger tool traverse where heat be moved from smoke gas burn result to inlay water feed water one that be comes in . Temperature so ascendant on processes it with marks sense temperature operation therefore will increase efficiency of system after economizer which is HP drum . With scheme controls fuzzy gain scheduling PID controller expected can increase efficiency of HP drum with looks after temperature as stable. Of system scheme gotten by unings point parameter best for Kp 20 Ki 0. 13 and Kd 50 the best ones with settling time ts 18s and not experience overshoot. Meanwhile for PIDS control gotten by Kps parameter 6 Ti5 and Td 1. 25 one still to experience maximum overshoot 47. 35 and settling time ts 35s. System scheme result utilizes algorithm Fuzzy Gain SchedullingPID Controller pointing out operation response result the better of PIDS controller mode ordinary.
