ABSTRAK

Pengendalian pH merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam dunia industri. Pengendalian ini bertujuan untuk menjaga nilai pH agar berada pada kisaran nilai yang diinginkan sesuai dengan produk yang akan.Perancangan sistem control pH rumit hal ini disebabkan oleh karakteristik dari pH.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain proses pengendalian titrasi asam-basa sebagai pemodelan reaksinya adalah asam lemah CH3COOH dan basa kuat NaOH. Sedangkan tempat terjadinya reaksi digunakan CSTR. Kemudian untuk sistem kendalinya akan digunakan pengendalian PID auto-switch dikarenakan pada proses titrasi asam-basa menghasilkan respon sistem yang nonlinier. Dengan PID auto-switch parameter pengendali PID dibagi menjadi beberapa area set point. yaitu set point pH 3.5-5 6-8 dan 9-10. dengan nilai Kp Ki dan Kd pada set point 3.5-5 adalah 0.3 0.09 dan 0.1 pada set point 5-8 adalah 0.29 0.09 dan 0.29. Sedangkan pada set point 9-10 adalah 0.2 0.01 dan 0.25. Error yang terjadi pada simulasi closed loop kurang dari 5.


ABSTRACT

Control of pH is one important factor in the industrial world. This control aims to maintain the pH value to be in the range of the desired value in accordance with the product. PH control system design of this complex is due to the characteristics of the pH. This study aimed to design control process as the acidbase titration reaction modeling CH3COOH is a weak acid and strong base NaOH. While the reaction is used CSTR. Then the control system will be used to control the PID auto-switch due to the acid-base titration process produces a nonlinear system response. With auto-switch PID parameters PID controller is divided into several areas set point. the set point of pH 3.5-5 6-8 and 9-10. with the value of Kp Ki and Kd on the set point is 0.3 3.5-5 009 and 0.1 the set point 5-8 is 029 009 and 029. While on the set point 90-10 is 0.2 0.01 and 0.25. Errors that occur in closed-loop simulation is less than 5.
