ANALISIS EFISIENSI MESIN POMPA PADA RUMAH POMPA PDAM SURABAYA UNIT X DENGAN METODE STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL SPC

EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS OF PUMP MACHINE IN PUMP HOUSE PDAM SURABAYA UNITX WITH STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL SPC METHODS

ABSTRAK

Rumah pompa X menerima suplai air dari Karangpilang II yang merupakan unit produksi. Karena unit X merupakan unit yang dominan dalam hal distribusi menjadikan instrument-instrument yang ada pada rumah pompa tersebut rentan terhadap penurunan performa. Head pompa daya dan fluida terukur dapat mempengaruhi dari output pompa yaitu debit air yang dihasilkan sehingga variabel ini yang diambil sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi efisiensi. Data diambil selama 2 bulan selama 24 jam mulai pukul 11.00 sampai 12.00 siang keesokan harinya total terdapat 7200 data. Tindakan dari peningkatan yang dilakukan adalah six sigma yang meliputi DMAIC define measure analyze improve dan control. Analisis efisiensi mesin pompa yang dilakukan dengan metode SPC dapat dilihat rata-rata efisiensi pompa 2 saat pompa 1 mati bernilai 81.45 pompa 3 bernilai 80.74 dan pompa 4 bernilai 83.65. Pompa 2 mati pompa 1 mempunyai nilai efisiensi rata-rata 81.67 pompa 3 bernilai 80.11 dan pompa 4 bernilai 83.24. Saat pompa 3 mati pompa 1 nilai efisiensi rata-ratanya 81.72 pompa 2 bernilai 80.72 dan pompa 4 bernilai 82.69. Nilai efisiensi rata-rata saat pompa 4 mati untuk pompa 1 bernilai 82.08 pompa 2 bernilai 81.69 dan pompa 3 bernilai 80.41. SOP yang wajib dilakukan untuk peningkatan kualitas antara lain rutin dalam greasing bearing motor dan wajib mematikan motor pompa off lebih dulu sebelum menutup valve


ABSTRACT

Pumps house of X received water supply from Karangpilang II which is a unit of production. Because the unit of X is the dominant unit in terms of distribution of instrument make the instruments at the pumps house is vulnerable losses performance. Pump head power and fluid measured from pump output can affect the discharge of water produced so this variable is taken as a variable that affects efficiency. Data taken during the 2 months for 24 hours from 1100 until 1200 next day and total of 7200 data. Improvement to be done include six sigma DMAIC define measure analyze improve and control. The efficiency analysis of pumps of by SPC method can knew an average efficiency of the pump 2 when the pump 1 off value 81.45 80.74 valued pump 3 and pump 4 is 83.65. Pump 2 off pump 1 has an average efficiency value of 81.67 80.11 efficiency valued of pump 3 and pump 4 is 83.24. When the pump 3 off pump an average efficiency value of 81.72 80.72 is efficiency valued of pump 2 and pump 4 is 82.69. Average value of efficiency when the pump 4 off efficiency value of pump 1 is 82.08 81.69 is valued efficiency of pump 2 and pump 3 has value of 80.41. SOP have to be done to improve the quality of routine greasing bearings in motor and pump motor must shut down first before closing the valve
