Description:

Distillation Column merupakan proses pemisahan yang paling banyak digunakan dan salah satu komponennya adalah reboiler. Distillation Column memisahkan suatu komponen campuran berdasarkan komposisi dari cairan dan uap dari bentuk awal yang berupa cairan. Suhu pada reboiler perlu dikendalikan untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu keluaran metanol sehinggga tingkat kemurnian yang diinginkan dapat diperoleh. Untuk mendapatkan harga tuning Kp, Ki dan Kd dilakukan dengan metode T-L osilasi dan didapatkan nilai Kp = 13.4, Ki = 0.3 dan Kd = 49.2. Menggunakan pengendali Fuzzy Gain Scheduling - PID didapatkan karakteristik respon keluaran yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pengendali PID. Untuk pengendali PID didapatkan nilai maximum overshoot = 18,88 %, settling time = 74 detik. Sedangkan untuk Fuzzy Gain Scheduling - PID didapatkan nilai Maximum vershoot = 0 %, settling time = 34 detik.

A distillation column is a separation process that is most used and one of its components is reboiler. Distillation column work based on separation the mixture to the vapor and liquid from its original form in liquid. Temperature on deaerator need to be controlled in order to maintain temperature output stability then get the purity level that wanted. To obtain Kp, Ki and Kd value, T-L ocillation method was used and obtained Kp = 13.4, Ki = 0.3 also Kd = 49.2. Fuzzy Gain Scheduling – PID has better response than PID controller. For PID controller was obtained, maximum overshoot = 18,88 %, settling time = 74 second. Meanwhile for Fuzzy Gain Scheduling – PID controller was obtained, maximum overshoot = 0 %, settling time = 34 second
