ABSTRAK

Dalam dunia kedokteran kita menjumpai berbagai macam penyakit. Seorang dokter berperan sebagai seorang ahli yang memberikan diagnosa kepada pasien mengenai penyakit yang diderita berdasarkan keluhan atau gejala-gejala yang diderita oleh pasien. Masalah penentuan tingkat resiko penyakit sangat berhubungan dengan Clinical Decision Support System CDSS. CDSS adalah system yang dirancang untuk membantu para pekerja klinis dalam mengambil keputusan. Dengan logika fuzzy proses diagnosa penyakit dalam dapat dianalisa dengan Fuzzy Inference System dengan metode Tsukamoto. Input yang dibutuhkan adalah gejala-gejala klinis yang dialami oeh pasien. Basis pengetahuan dibangun dengan menggunakan kaidah produksi IF-THEN. Fire strength yang diperoleh pada setiap aturan fuzzy untuk setiap penyakit pada basis pengetahuan kemudian dikomposisikan dengan menggunakan rata-rata terbobot. Hasil dari rata-rata terbobot ini merupakan output tingkat resiko penyakit.


ABSTRACT

In medicine we have a variety of diseases. A doctor acting as an expert who gives a diagnosis to the patient about the disease based on complaints or symptoms suffered by the patients. Problem of determining the level of risk of the disease diagnosis is associated with Clinical Decision Support SystemCDSS. Clinical Decision Support System is a system designed to assist health workers in the decision-making process. With fuzzy logic in the process of disease diagnosis can be analyzed with Fuzzy Inference System with Tsukamoto method. Inputs needed are clinical symptoms experienced by patients. Knowledge based built using production IF-THEN rules. Fire strength which is obtained in each fuzzy rule for every disease on the basis of knowledge then composed using a weighted average. This weighted average outcome is the output level of the risk of disease.
