SHIPS INCLINATION MONITORING SYSTEM DESIGN FOR SHIPS STABILITY DETECTION BASED ON WEBSERVER COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

ABSTRAK

Stabilitas kapal sangat bergantung pada kesetimbangan kapal. Kesetimbangan kapal diperlukan untuk mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kapal yang mengakibatkan kapal terbalikmiring. Stabilitas mengindikasikan bahwa saat kapal mendapatkan gaya dari internal maupun external maka akan kembali ke posisi setimbangnya. Gaya internal diakibatkan dari tata ruang letak barang bentuk dari ukuran kapal yang tidak sesuai dengan ukuran yang sebenarnya kebocoran karena kandas atau tubrukan dengan terumbu karang. Gaya external yaitu pengaruh dari angin ombakgelombang laut arus air laut dan badai. Penelitian dalam tugas akhir ini merancang sistem monitoring kestabilan kapal berdasarkan alat inklinometer digital. Sistem monitoring dibangun menggunakan webserver yang mampu memproses lebih dari 10000 data dengan waktu delay 3 detik tanpa terjadi floding data banjir data ada warning sistem saat sudut rolling dan sudut pitching melebihi 12 derajat traffic data dan link speed sekitar 027 dan 11 Mbps.


ABSTRACT

The value of ships stability depends on the balance of the ship. This values are needed to decrease the risk of ships accident which is caused by the ships inclination. The stability of the ship indicates that when the ship takes the internal or external forces then its position will back to its balances condition. The internal forces are caused by the ships inner bulk too many cargos are placed the shape of the ship hulls leakage caused by crashed and so on. The external forces are caused by the wind oceans waves or storm. This final task conducts some research about ships stability based on angle measurement by digital inclinometer. This system was built using webserver which could read more than 10000s datas with approximately delays time of 3 second without datas flooding. Rolling and pitchings angles mustnt more than 12 degrees of inclination warning system traffic data and link speed are 027 and11 Mbps.
