PT. Semen Gresik Persero (Tbk.) merupakan salah satu perusahaan dalam Semen Gresik Group (SGG) yang memiliki market share semen terbesar di Indonesia. Dalam usaha peningkatan daya saingnya perusahaan ini selalu melakukan pengembangan dalam proses bisnisnya, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) sebagai sistem manajemen kinerjanya. Dalam implementasinya, perusahaan telah menggunakan konsep BSC ini dalam software QPR. Namun setelah pelaksanaan selama satu tahun, hasil evaluasi mengindikasikan adanya kekurangan dalam implementasinya yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh rendahnya tingkat penerimaan manusia (user). Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan implementasi QPR pada PT. Semen Gresik Persero (Tbk.). Tingkat penerimaan diukur menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian diuji kesesuaiannya terhadap TAM menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dari hasil penilaian dan pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat penerimaan user terhadap implementasi QPR Scorecard masih cukup rendah. Berdasarkan model yang dihasilkan, dapat diusulkan tiga langkah perbaikan terhadap tingkat penerimaan tersebut.

PT. Semen Gresik Persero (Tbk.) is one of the company of Semen Gresik Group (SGG) that having the cement’s biggest market share of Indonesia. To improve the competencies, the company always evolute the business process, one of them is makin Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as its tools of performance management. As the implementation, the company was use the BSC concept in QPR software. But after the implementation, the evaluation result showing there is a lack of the impelementation that can caused from how low acceptance rate of the user. So, the conclusion of this research is to analyze acceptance rate of the QPR implementation in PT. Semen Gresik Persero (Tbk.). User acceptance measured using questionnaire then examined it’s fitness to TAM using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From output of the questionnaire and the test, we can conclude that user acceptance for QPR Scorecard implementation is still low. From the model, we can arrange three suggestions to increase the user acceptance of Actual Usage construct.
