ABSTRAK

Ketegan merupakan rumah pompa baru yang dibangun sebagai wujud apresiasi PDAM Surabaya untuk pelanggannya yang bertambah didaerah Ketegan-Medaeng. Karena Ketegan merupakan rumah pompa baru dan belum pernah dilakukan analisis terhadap sumber kebisingan yang terjadi maka perlu dilakukan pengukuran analisis dan tindakan apa yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi kebisingan tersebut. Tingkat kebisingan yang tinggi tersebut dapat membawa dampak buruk terhadap manusia disekitarnya terutama bagi para pekerja yang berada di tempat tersebut. Pada sumber bising perlu dikurangi kebisingannya dengan dirancang sebuah enclosure. Langkah awal adalah melakukan pengukuran tingkat kebisingan di dalam dan di luar sumber bising. Dari hasil pengukuran diketahui bahwa sumber bising terbesar adalah didalam ruang pompa dengan TTB 99 dBA dan didalam ruang kontrol TTB juga tinggi yaitu 83 dBA. Lalu menghitung nilai TL berdasarkan data pengukuran dan perhitungan untuk mengetahui Lp2 setelah dilakukan penambahan material akustik. Penambahan dinding bagian atas ruang pompa dengan bahan beton setebal 15 cm dan besi setebal 1189 cm dapat menurunkan tingkat kebisingan sebesar 35 dB sehingga menjadi 66 dB diatas ruang pompa dan 59 dB didalam ruang kontrol.


ABSTRACT

Ketegan a new pump house that was built as an expression of appreciation for its customers PDAM Surabaya increased Ketegan-Medaeng area. Because Ketegan a new pump house and has never done an analysis of sources of noise that occurs it is necessary measurement analysis and what action needs to be done to overcome such noise. High noise levels may bring adverse effects on humans around him especially for workers who are in that place. At the source of noise should be reduced noise with an enclosure designed. The initial step is to perform measurements of noise levels inside and outside sources of noise. From the results of measurement is known that the greatest source of noise is within the pump chamber with SPL 99 dBA and SPL in the control room is also high at 83 dBA. Then calculate the value of TL is based on measurement data and calculations to determine Lp2 after the addition of acoustic material. The addition of the upper wall of the pump chamber with 15 cm thick concrete materials and steel as thick as 1189 cm can reduce noise levels by 35 dB to 66 dB above so that the pump chamber and 59 dB in the control room.
