ABSTRAK

Pada dasarnya proses pembangkitan listrik terdiri dari beberapa bagian antara lain proses pada desalination penyaringan air laut menjadi air tawar boiler turbin pembangkitan listrik di generatordll. Salah satu yang paling utama dan penting adalah proses pada steam drum. Pada Steam drum apabila level terlalu rendah akan timbul kerusakan pada steam drum dan apabila level terlalu tinggi maka akan berbahaya karena akan membuat sistem yang bekerja menjadi shutdown.Maka dari itu diperlukan suatu sistem pengendalian untuk menjaga level dari steam drum tersebutsalah satunya dengan sistem pengendalian level mode kontrol PID.Penentuan parameter kontrol PID yang dilakukan adalah dengan Ziegler-Nichols.Dari hasil pengujian dan analisa sistem pengendalian level dan interlock.Dengan menggunakan metode ziegler-nichols diperoleh nilai Kp2172Ti1105danTd027625.kemudian didapatkan bahwa respon sistem pengendalian level dan interlock stabil dengan settling time 147 smaksimum overshootnya yaitu sebesar 286 rise time Tr 10 s Peak time Tp 45 sdan delay time 27 s.


ABSTRACT

Basically the process of electricity generation consists of several parts including the desalination process filtering sea water into fresh water boiler turbine generating electricity in generators etc.. One of the foremost and most important is the process in the steam drum. In the steam drum when the level is too low there will be damage to the steam drum and if the level is too high then it would be dangerous because it will make the system work to be shutdown.Than that required of a control system to maintain the level of the steam drum one with the control system PID.Level mode PID control parameters is carried out by Ziegler-Nichols.From test results and analysis of the level control system and interlock.using Ziegler-Nichols method Kp values obtained 21.72 Ti 1.105 danTd 0 27625. found that the response level and interlock control system is stable with the settling time 147 s the maximum overshootnya that is equal to 28.6 rise time Tr 10 s peak time Tp 45 s and delay time 27 s
