ABSTRAK

Dalam tugas akhir ini dicari besarnya nilai frekuensi natural dari crawler crane dan menganalisa pengaruh dari ayunan beban yang diangkat terhadap getaran crane secara keseluruhan. Lattice yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bervariasi yaitu 10m 15m 20m dan 25m. Sedangkan sudut yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini antara 15o sampai dengan 90o dimana sudut tersebut adalah sudut yang terbentuk antara lattice dengan sumbu horizontal. Sistem dimodelkan dalam persamaan Lagrange dan disimulasikan dengan software Mathcad 14. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa semakin besar nilai sudut maka nilai Keq yang dihasilkan semakin besar dimana semakin besar nilai Keq maka semakin besar pula nilai frekuensi naturalnya. Semakin panjang lattice yang digunakan maka semakin kecil nilai frekuensi naturalnya. Sistem crane dapat digunakan dengan maksimal dengan beban tambahan akibat ayunan kurang dari 500kg. Apabila beban tambahan akibat ayunan sebesar 500kg maka akan mengganggu kinerja dari sistem crane.


ABSTRACT

In this thesis sought the value of natural frequency of the crawler crane and analyze the influence of the load swing crane raised against the overall vibration. Lattice used in this study varied is 10m 15m 20m and 25m. While the angles used for this study ranged from 15 degrees to 90 degrees hich angle is the angle formed between the lattice with the horizontal axis. The system is modeled in the Lagrange equations and simulated with the software Mathcad 14. Of research has been done it is known that the greater the angle value then the value the greater the resulting Keq where Keq value the greater the greater the natural frequency value. The longer lattice is used the smaller value of the natural frequency. Crane system can be used with up to an additional burden due to the swing of less than 500kg. If the additional burden caused by the swing of 500kg it will interfere with the performance of the crane system
