ABSTRAK

Banjir adalah suatu kondisi dimana terjadi kenaikan elevasi muka air sehingga saluran air tidak dapat lagi menampung air yang mengalir melaluinya hal ini mengakibatkan air yang berada di saluran tersebut meluap ke daerah sekitarnya. Banjir dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai macam hal seperti rusaknya vegetasi di daerah aliran sungai pendangkalan akibat sedimentasi dibangunnnya konstruksi di sungai dan lain sebagainya. Setiap ada pembangunan konstruksi di sungai akan berpengaruh pada kondisi aliran sungai tersebut. Departemen PU Pengairan Jatim telah merencanakan pembangunan konstruksi jetty di Kali Rejoso guna menanggulangi permasalahan sedimen yang terjadi di muara sungai tersebut. Pembangunan konstruksi jetty ini dipandang sebagai solusi dari permasalahan sedimen yang terjadi namun perlu dilakukan kajian perubahan elevasi muka air sebagai akibat dari pembangunan jetty tersebut. Tugas akhir ini mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh pembangunan konstruksi jetty terhadap elevasi muka air serta sedimentasi di Kali Rejoso dengan menggunakan program bantu Hec-Ras versi 4.1.0 sebagai alat bantu permodelannya. Hasil yang didapat dari permodelan Hec-Ras 4.1.0 menunjukkan bahwa terjadi kenaikan elevasi muka air yang cukup signifikan yakni 029 m untuk debit Q2 051 m untuk debit Q5 067 m untuk debit Q10 dan 09 m untuk debit Q25. Hasil permodelan juga menunjukkan terjadinya perubahan elevasi dasar serta sedimentasi maupun erosi yang terjadi di sepanjang sungai.


ABSTRACT

Flood is a condition where the water elevation is increasing so that the channel can no longer hold the water which flows through it this condition makes the water in the channel overflows into its surrounding area. Flood can be caused by various things such as deforestation in its upstream sedimentation construction built on the river and so on. Any construction on the river will affect in the river flow conditions. Ministry of Public Work in Indonesia has planned the construction of jetties at the Rejoso River to tackle the embouchure damage because of sediment hat occur in its estuaries. This jetty construction is seen as a solution of sediment problems on it but how ever it is necessary to do a study on the changes of water level elevation as the effect of the jetty construction which will built. In this paper will be assessed how and what are the influence of the jetty construction towards the water level elevation on Rejoso River Pasuruan East Java Indonesia. This Study using HEC-Ras 4.1.0 program as a modeling tool and the results of the study show that there are a significant changing in water surface elevation. Water surface elevation increase 0.29 m for Q2 charge 0.51 for Q5 charge 0.67 m for Q10 and 0.9 m for Q25 charge. Results of the study also show that there are a significant changing in riverbed elevation due to erosion and sedimentation process along the river.
