PERENCANAAN PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS FLOODWAY PELANGWOT - SEDAYULAWAS SUNGAI BENGAWAN SOLO

ABSTRAK

Floodway Pelangwot merupakan salah satu upaya menanggulangi banjir yang terjadi pada sungai Bengawan Solo. Kondisi eksisting Floodway Pelangwot mampu mengalirkan debit sebesar 640 m3s namun dengan kondisi tersebut banjir masih terjadi pada Sungai Bengawan Solo sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan kapasitas Floodway Pelangwot. Floodway Pelangwot Sedayulawas direncanakan untuk dapat mengalirkan debit sebesar 1000 m3s. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu dengan menganalisis kapasitas eksisting Floodway Pelangwot dan merencanakan peningkatan kapasitas saluran Floodway Pelangwot serta melihat kemampuan saluran Floodway Pelangwot dalam menampung debit rencana sebesar 1000 m3s. Hasil analisis pada saat kondisi eksisting problem ada pada mulut Floodway yang berfungsi sebagai pintu masuk aliran dari Sungai Bengawan Solo ke Floodway pelangwot Sedayulawas. Lebar saluran pada mulut Floodway Pelangwot Sedayulawas hanya 64.5 m sehingga hanya bisa mengalirkan debit sebesar 640.53 m3s. Pada perencanaan peningkatan kapasitas Floodway Pelangwot lebar saluran pada mulut Floodway ditambah menjadi 120 m dan pintu inlet Floodway pelangwot dimana kondisi eksisting berupa pintu dengan lebar 12.5 m dan tinggi bukaan maksimum sebesar 4 m direncanakan ulang dengan menambah pintu sejumlah 6 buah dengan tinggi bukaan maksimum 4 m sehingga Saluran Floodway PelangwotSedayulawas dapat mengalirkan Debit rencana sebesar 1013.53m3s. Dalam perencanaan ini menggunakan program bantu HEC-RAS 4.1.0.


ABSTRACT

Floodway Pelangwot is an effort to cope with flooding that occurred in the Bengawan Solo river. The floodway Pelangwot existing condition is capable to drain the discharge about 640 m3s but with this condition the flooding still occurs in the Bengawan Solo River so it is necessary to enhancement the capacity of floodway Pelangwot. Floodway Pelangwot - Sedayulawas planned to be able to drain the discharge for 1000 m3s. The methodology that used is to analyze the existing capacity of Floodway Pelangwot and plan the enhancement of Floodway Pelangwot channel capacity and see the Floodway Pelangwot channel capacity to accommodate the discharge about 1000 m3s. The results for this analysis about the existing conditions at the time the existing problems is in the mouth of Floodway that serves as the entrance from the Solo River flowing to Floodway Pelangwot - Sedayulawas . Width of the channel at the mouth floodway Pelangwot - Sedayulawas only 64.5 m so it can only drain the discharge around 640.53 m3s . In the enhancement Floodway Pelangwot capacity planning the width of floodway mouth channel increased to 120 m and the floodway pelangwot inlet gate where existing condition such as gates width 12.5 m with maximum openings height of 4 m planned over with adds 6 gates with a maximum opening height of 4 m so the Floodway Pelangwot - Sedayulawas channel would able to streaming the discharge plan for 1013.53 m3s. In this planning used the auxiliary program HEC - RAS 4.1.0 .
