ABSTRAK

Peraturan code untuk perancangan bangunan gedung di Indonesia saat ini mulai mengalami perubahan. Hal ini ditandai dengan terbitnya SNI 03-1726-2012 sebagai pengganti SNI 03-1726-2002. Peraturan beton yang baru juga sedang disusun sebagai pengganti SNI 03-2847-2002. Karena terbitnya peraturan baru ini serta kemungkinan terbitnya peraturan baru lainnya dalam waktu dekat perlu dilakukan suatu proses pembiasaan dalam penggunaannya.Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan studi perancangan dengan SNI terbaru yaitu SNI 03-1726-2012 RSNI3-2847-201x dan RSNI3-1727-201x. Gedung Plaza Alstom merupakan gedung perkantoranyang terdiri dari 8 lantai dan 1 lantai basement. Perancangan yang dilakukan pada tugas akhir ini meliputi perencanaan struktursekunder pelat balok sekunder dan tangga struktur primer balok primer kolom dan shear wall dan struktur bawah pondasi dan balok pengikat. Gedung yang pada kondisi eksistingnya berada di Jakarta dirancang untuk dibangun di Padang yang merupakan daerah wiayah zona gempa tinggi. Hal ini dilakukan agar diketahui aplikasi peraturan SNI terbaru dalam perancangan struktur gedung beton bertulang di wilayah zona gempa tinggi. Perancangan dimulai dengan preliminary design elemen struktur. Selanjutnya struktur dibebani sesuai peraturan RSNI3-1727-201x dan SNI 03-1726-2012kemudian dianalisis dengan software analisis struktur. Pembebanan gempa untuk analisis struktur dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu statik ekuivalen dan respons spektrum.Gaya-gaya dalam hasil analisis struktur selanjutnya digunakan untuk merancang struktur primer dan sekunder sesuai RSNI3-2847-201x. Setelah elemen struktur sekunder danprimer selesai dirancang dilakukan perhitungan dan perancangan untuk elemen struktur bawah. Hasil perancangan struktur gedung ini berupa dimensi serta penulangan elemen struktur yang dituangkan ke dalam gambar teknik.


ABSTRACT

Standard code forbuilding design in Indonesia is starting to change. It is marked by the released of SNI 03-1726-2012 as the replacement for SNI 03-1726-2002. The new concrete standard is also being prepared as the replacement of SNI 03-2847-2002. Since the released of this new standard and the possibilities of the released of another standard in early time we need to learn how to use it practically. This final project is studying building design by using the latest SNI such as SNI 03-1726-2012 RSNI3-2847-201x dan RSNI3-1727-201x Plaza Alstom is an office building that consist of 8 office stories and 1 basement story.Design in this final project involved the design of secondary structure slab secondary beam andstair primary structure primary beam column and shear wall and ground structure foundation and tie beam. The condition of existing building is located in Jakarta was designed for built in Padang where is located at high seismic zone.It was conducted to make the application of the latest SNI standard be known for reinforced concrete building design at high seismic zone. The design started by preliminary design on structural element. Furthermore the structure was loaded in accordance with the RSNI3-1727-201x and SNI 03-1726-2012 standard then analyzed by structural analysis software. Seismic loads for structural analysis was conducted by two methods that are static equivalent and response spectrum. Forces on structural analysis results were used for the further of the primary and secondary structure design in accordance with RSNI3-2847-201x. Once the primary and secondary structure is completed designed calculation and design for ground structure is conducted. The result of this building structure design is the dimension of structural element and its reinforcement that poured in engineering drawing.
