CONSTRUCTION RISK IDENTIFICATION AND ANALYSIS USING FAULT TREE ANALYSIS METHOD IN KAPUK NAGA INDAH BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

ABSTRAK

Risiko merupakan kemungkinan atau ketidakpastian terjadinya peristiwa diluar yang diharapkan dalam setiap kegiatan manusia yang dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif maupun dampak positif. Ketidakpastian dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi perlu dihindari agar dapat meminimasi dampak yang terjadi. Semakin besar peluang risiko maka semakin besar pula dampak yang akan ditimbulkan. Terlebih dalam pembangunan proyek jembatan yang memiliki banyak ketidakpastian dalam proses pelaksanaannya sehingga perlu dilakukan identifikasi sumber penyebabnya agar dapat mengurangi dampak yang akan timbul terhadap biaya proyek. Identifikasi dimulai dari studi literatur dan survei pendahuluan untuk mengetahui failure yang mungkin terjadi dari setiap pekerjaan. Kemudian dari failure tersebut dicari sumber risiko dan probabilitas kejadian dengan menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis. Pada masing-masing failure juga diberikan penilaian dampak terhadap biaya proyek berdasarkan expert judgement dari responden sehingga akan menghasilkan nilai risiko yang diperoleh dari hasil perkalian antara nilai probabilitas dan dampak terhadap biaya. Berdasarkan nilai risiko tersebut akan dibuat ranking risiko untuk menentukan risiko apa saja yang bersifat dominan sehingga perlu dilakukan tindak mitigasi untuk mengurangi peluang terjadinya risiko dan dampak yang akan ditimbulkan. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan diketahui risiko yang bersifat dominan dari hasil perhitungan nilai risiko antara lain keruntuhanterjatuhnya girder dengan nilai risiko 25 kerusakan tiang pancang baja saat pemancangan dengan nilai risiko 20 kemiringan tiang tidak presisi tiang pancang baja dengan nilai risiko 15 keterlambatan pekerjaan tiang pancang baja dan keterlambatan pekerjaan tiang pancang beton yang masing-masing mempunyai nilai risiko 10. Tindak mitigasi yang dilakukan antara lain menggunakan operator berpengalaman pengawasan ketat pada saat penyambungan pengelasan melakukan penyelidikan tanah dasar secara detail melakukan perhitungan konfigurasi pemancangan yang matang serta membuat penjadwalan produksi dan pengawasan kedatangan material yang teliti.


ABSTRACT

Risk is the possibility or occurrence of uncertain events beyond that expected in any human activity that can have a negative impact. Uncertainty in the implemantation of construction projects should be avoided in order to minimize the impact. If greater probability of risk then impact must be greater would be occurs. For example in construction risks that may occur is necessary to identify the source of the cause in order to reduce the impact that would have on the cost of the project. Identification starts from literature and preliminary survey to get the failure from each works. Then look for the source of the failure of risk and probability of occurrence by using Fault Tree Analysis method. In each failure is also given to the impact assessment of the project cost based on expert judgment from the respondent so it will get a result in a risk value that obtained by multiplying the probability and the impact on costs. Based on the risk score risk ranking will be made to determine the dominant risk so it needs mitigation to be taken to reduce the chances and impact of risk. The result of analysis dominant risk in this project were falling of long span beam with risk value 25 steel pile broken with risk value 20 unprecision steel pile slope with rsik value risk 15 overdue of steel pile implementation and spun pile implemantation which has risk value 10. While mitigation that can be used are using experiences operator do a tight controlling when welding process investigate a base ground of the sea do a calculation of pile configuration precisely and always have a monitoring for material.
