ABSTRAK

Kondisi dinamis dalam hal ini yaitu gerak amplitudo getaran yang dihasilkan dari sebuah sistem pondasi mesin dapat dipengaruhi oleh bentuk struktur pendukungnya sehingga perlu dilakukan peninjauan lebih lanjut terkait kondisi dinamis yang dihasilkan oleh beberapa kondisi struktur yang ada. Diharapkan hal ini dapat menjadi gambaran dasar dalam penentuan perencanaan pondasi mesin yang baru. Untuk itu dilakukan studi pada perubahan diameter dan panjang tiang pancang yang digunakan terhadap amplitudo getaran yang terjadi pada sistem pondasi mesin turbin gas. Tinjauan kondisi dinamis yang dilakukan berupa amplitudo getaran akibat beban vertikal horizontal rocking dan kopel sebagai gabungannya. Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa panjang dan jarak tiang pancang mempengaruhi gerak amplitudo. Semakin panjang tiang yang digunakan yakni dalam tugas akhir ini dengan panjang tiang 655m 755m 855m dan 955m maka amplitudo yang dihasilkan akan menurun. Namun pada penggunaan diameter tiang 40cm 50cm dan 60cm diperoleh hasil bahwa diameter yang lebih besar justru akan meningkatkan nilai amplitudo yang dihasilkan. Dimana semakin besar diameter dan panjang tiang pancang yang digunakan maka jumlah tiang semakin sedikit dengan jarak antar tiang yang semakin besar.


ABSTRACT

Dynamic conditions in this case the motion amplitude of vibration resulting from a system of machine foundations may be influenced by support structure design. Thus further investigation is necessary to review the related dynamic conditions generated by several conditions existing structure. Hopefully this can be a basic overview in determining the design of the new machine foundations. Therefore a study will be conducted on the changes in the diameter and length of pile that is used to the amplitude of vibration that occurs in a gas turbine engine foundation system. Dynamic conditions that is conducted in the form of amplitude vibrations due to vertical loads horizontal rocking and coupling. The result of study shows that the length and spacing of piles affect the motion of amplitude. The longer the pile that used in this final project with a long of pile 6.55 m 7.55 m 8.55 m and 9.55 m then the resulting amplitude will decrease. However on the use of pile diameter 40 cm 50 cm and 60 cm obtained the result that a larger diameter will increase the value of the resulting amplitude. Where is the larger diameter and length of the pile are used then the number of pile also decrease with the spacing of piles are greater.
